【解決手段】 次の(A)〜(E)を含有し、セメント用ポリマー及び繊維を含まないことを特徴とする補修用モルタル組成物。(A)セメント100質量部、(B)メタカオリン1〜20質量部、(C)石灰石及び/又は炭酸カルシウムの微粉10〜30質量部、(D)膨張材1〜5質量部、(E)細骨材100〜300質量部。また、さらに、セメント100質量部に対し、(F)減水剤、(G)増粘剤及び(H)消泡剤を合計で0.15〜1.5質量部含む前記の補修用モルタル組成物。

E1;細骨材(山形珪砂6・7号)
E2;細骨材(鹿島珪砂3号)
F;高性能減水剤(花王社製「マイティ100」)
G;セルロース系増粘剤(松本油脂社製「マーポローズ90MP−T」)
H;消泡剤(市販品;界面活性剤系)
I1;高炉水砕スラグ微粉(市販品;ブレーン比表面積4000cm2/g)
I2;シリカフューム(市販品;ブレーン比表面積約10万cm2/g)

Claims (2)
- 次の(A)〜(E)を含有し、セメント用ポリマー及び繊維を含まないことを特徴とする補修用モルタル組成物。(A)セメント100質量部、(B)メタカオリン1〜20質量部、(C)石灰石及び/又は炭酸カルシウムの微粉10〜30質量部、(D)膨張材1〜5質量部、(E)細骨材100〜300質量部。
- さらに、セメント100質量部に対し、(F)減水剤、(G)増粘剤及び(H)消泡剤を合計で0.15〜1.5質量部含む請求項1記載の補修用モルタル組成物。
