Abstract
Description

R4は、F(CF2CF2)zであり、zは1〜7の範囲であり、xは1又は2であり、yは1又は2であり、かつx+yは3である]によって示される少なくとも1つのリン化合物又はその塩を含有する、金属表面を処理するための水溶液。 - さらに、次の式
