Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 補聴器ユーザの耳道内にフィットするように構成される補聴器コンポーネントを製造する方法であって,上記補聴器コンポーネントはその外表面の少なくとも一部に弾性材料のカバーを有し,かつ上記補聴器コンポーネントは内部音導通部を有しており,
上記方法は,
補聴器ユーザの耳道の形状を表すデータを取得し,
上記取得データに基づいて上記補聴器コンポーネントの形状の3次元コンピュータ・モデルを形成し,
上記カバーを注型成形するためのモールドの3次元コンピュータ・モデルを形成し,
上記モールドの3次元コンピュータ・モデルに基づいてラピッド・プロトタイピング・プロセスで上記モールドを製造し,
上記モールド中に上記カバーを注型し,
上記カバーから上記モールドを取り外し,
上記カバーに上記内部音導通部を組合わせることによって,上記補聴器コンポーネントを形成する,
方法。 - 上記補聴器コンポーネントに,上記イヤー・プラグの末端側から先端側までのびる開口を設ける,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記補聴器コンポーネントの形状の3次元コンピュータ・モデルを形成するステップは,上記コンポーネントとしてイヤー・プラグを選択することを含む,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記補聴器コンポーネントの形状の3次元コンピュータ・モデルを形成するステップは,上記コンポーネントとして,上記耳道内に配置されるように構成される耳内補聴器のコンポーネントを選択することを含む,請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 上記カバーのための弾性材料を上記モールド中に注入する,請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記弾性材料としてショア60A未満の硬度を持つ弾性材料を選択する,請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記注型成形は上記弾性材料を加硫する形態をとる,請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記弾性材料はシリコンであるように選択される,請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記シリコンは混合後に室温で加硫される2成分材料である,請求項8および9に記載の方法。
- 補聴器ユーザの耳道内に配置するために作成される補聴器コンポーネントを備える補聴器であって,上記補聴器コンポーネントは弾性材料を備え,かつ上記補聴器コンポーネントは上記請求項1から10のいずれか一項の方法によって製造される,
