Abstract
【解決手段】組織中に、ニッケルおよびクロムを含有する微粒子が分散しているニッケルクロム合金触媒とする。また、組織にニッケルクロム酸化物(NiCr2O4)を有するニッケルクロム合金触媒とすることもできる。さらに、微粒子には70mass%以上95mass%以下のニッケルを含有するニッケルクロム合金触媒とすることもできる。製造方法については、水蒸気および炭化水素系ガスの雰囲気下において、ニッケルクロム合金触媒を活性化処理温度まで加熱処理するニッケルクロム合金触媒の製造方法とする。また、加熱処理前に酸化処理および還元処理を行うこともできる。

Claims (5)
- 組織中に、ニッケルおよびクロムを含有する微粒子が分散していることを特徴とするニッケルクロム合金触媒。
- 前記組織は、ニッケルクロム酸化物(NiCr2O4)を有する組織であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニッケルクロム合金触媒。
- 前記微粒子は、70mass%以上95mass%以下のニッケルを含有する微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のニッケルクロム合金触媒。
- 水蒸気および炭化水素系ガスの雰囲気下において、ニッケルクロム合金触媒を活性化処理温度まで加熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のニッケルクロム合金触媒の製造方法。
- 前記加熱処理の前に酸化処理および還元処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のニッケルクロム合金触媒の製造方法。
