Description
a)発泡可能な反応性樹脂を支持材に導入する工程、および
b)発泡可能な反応性樹脂を含む支持材を圧縮変形する工程。
厚さがおよそ10mmのBasotectフォームボード(密度:10g/l、面積:1m2)に、硬質ポリウレタンフォームシステム(Elastopor H)が両面において含浸され(フリー密度:30g/l、開始時間:30秒、洗浄時間:120秒)、ポリウレタン樹脂が手動ローラーによって取り込まれる。
他の場合には同じ様式で行われる第2の試験において、ガラス繊維マットが鋳型の中に入れられる。ガラス繊維マットがその滑らかな面に堅く結合する成形体が製造される。ブンゼンバーナーの炎を外側のガラス繊維層に当てた場合、成形体は着火しない。
実施例3が、実施例1に関して同じ様式で行われる。実施例3では、1000gのポリウレタンの靴用フォームシステムが使用される。しかしながら、得られる組成変化ボードは200g/lの容積重量を有し、防火試験において、実施例1についての結果と類似する結果を与える。
実施例4が、実施例1に関して同じ様式で行われる。実施例4では、2000gのポリウレタンエラストマーシステムが使用される。しかしながら、得られる組成変化ボードは400g/lの容積重量を有し、防火試験において、実施例1についての結果と類似する結果を与える。
Claims (14)
- 下記の工程:
a)発泡可能な反応性樹脂を支持材に導入する工程、および
b)前記発泡可能な反応性樹脂を含む前記支持材を圧縮変形する工程
を含むプロセスによって製造され得る成形体。 - 前記支持材がメラミン樹脂フォームであり、かつ/あるいは、前記発泡可能な反応性樹脂が、少なくとも1つのポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂から選択される、請求項1に記載の成形体。
- 工程b)が行われる前に、外側層が、前記発泡可能な反応性樹脂を含む前記支持材の少なくとも1つの面に適用される、請求項1または2に記載の成形体。
- 発泡可能な反応性樹脂を含む前記支持材が20g/l〜1000g/lの全体的密度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記発泡可能な反応性樹脂が前記支持材において勾配の形態で分布する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 工程b)における圧縮変形が高い温度で行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 工程b)が50℃〜200℃の温度および/または2bar〜200barの圧力で行われる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 圧縮変形(工程b))後の成形体が、工程a)において使用される支持材の厚さとの比較において80%以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記外側層が、金属(より具体的には、アルミニウム)、木材、断熱材、プラスチック、波形の金属シート、他の金属シート、ガラス繊維織物、ガラス繊維マット、プラスターまたはチップボードからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 下記の工程:
a)発泡可能な反応性樹脂を支持材に導入する工程、および
b)前記発泡可能な反応性樹脂を含む前記支持材を圧縮変形する工程
を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載される成形体を製造するための方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載される少なくとも1つの成形体を含むパネル。
- 外側層が前記成形体の2つの向き合う面のそれぞれに適用されるサンドイッチパネルであり、ただし、前記2つの外側層は、適するならば、異なる材料である、請求項11に記載のパネル。
- 両方の外側層が、アルミニウム、金属シート、ガラス繊維織物、ガラス繊維マット、ポリマーフィルム、ポリマーボードまたは木製単板からなる、請求項12に記載のパネル。
- 輸送手段の構造体、より具体的には、航空機用途または鉄道用途におけるか、または、防火層として、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載される成形体または請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載されるパネルを使用する方法。
