Description
(a) アミノシランで表面修飾された少なくとも1種の粒子状フィロシリケートを、アニオン的に及び/又は非イオン的に安定化された少なくとも1種のポリウレタン分散体と混合する工程と、
(b) 工程(a)からの混合物をフォームに適用する工程と、
(c) 任意に、次に混合物をフォームの細孔中に導入するようにフォームを圧縮する(compressing)工程と、
(d) フォームを乾燥させる工程と
を含む、当該メラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームを製造する方法によって達成される。

(式中、
XはNH2-であり、
nは2~10、好ましくは3~4の整数であり、
mは1~5、好ましくは1~2の整数であり、
kは1~3、好ましくは1の整数である)
のものである。
a)ジイソシアネートであって、
a1)式-N=C=N-のカルボジイミド構造単位、及び任意に、
a2)式-N=C=N-の構造単位を含まないもの
を含有するジイソシアネート、
b)ジオールであって、
b1)ジオール(b)の総量に基づいて、その10~100モル%が500~5000g/molの分子量を有し、
b2)ジオール(b)の総量に基づいて、その0~90モル%が60~500g/molの分子量を有する
ジオール、
c)モノマー(a)及び(b)と異なり、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート基、又はポリウレタンを水中に分散可能にする少なくとも1つの親水性基又は潜在的に親水性の基をさらに有する少なくとも1つのイソシアネート反応性基を有するモノマー、
d)任意に、モノマー(a)~(c)と異なり、アルコール性ヒドロキシル基、第1級又は第2級アミノ基、又はイソシアネート基である反応性基を有するさらなる多官能化合物、及び
e)任意に、モノマー(a)~(d)と異なり、アルコール性ヒドロキシル基、第1級又は第2級アミノ基、又はイソシアネート基である反応性基を有する単官能化合物
から製造することができる。
酸、分散剤及び発泡剤を用いて、メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド予備縮合物及び溶媒を発泡剤の沸点より高い温度で発泡して、その後に乾燥させることが可能である。
(1)製造されるフォームのメラミン/ホルムアルデヒド予備縮合物、及び任意にさらに添加される成分を含む懸濁液を製造する工程と、
(2)工程(1)からの懸濁液を発泡剤の沸点より高い温度に加熱することにより、予備縮合物を発泡させる工程と、
(3)工程(2)から得られたフォームを乾燥させる工程と
を含む。
(a)アミノシランで表面修飾された少なくとも1種の粒子状フィロシリケートを、アニオン的に及び/又は非イオン的に安定化された少なくとも1種のポリウレタン分散体、及び任意に分散剤及び疎水剤/疎油剤と混合する工程と、

(c)任意に、次に混合物をフォームの細孔中に導入するようにフォームを圧縮する工程と、
(d) フォームを乾燥させる工程と
を含む方法により製造を行う。
不燃性試験IMO 2010 FTPコードパート1
この燃焼試験を使用して、決議MSC.307(88))に従って造船業部門における使用のための材料の不燃性を実証する。DIN EN ISO 1182に従って、電気加熱炉で円筒形の試験試料(H=50mm、φ45mm)を750℃に加熱することにより試験を行った。炉温度の平均温度差及び試験試料の表面温度の平均温度差が30℃以下である場合、この試験試料を「不燃性」に分類する。質量の平均損失は50質量%を超えてはならず、観察した平均点火時間は10秒未満であった。
粒子状フィロシリケートのメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームとの接着を評価するために、メラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームから45mmの直径及び50mmの高さを有する円筒形の試験試料を製造した。フィロシリケートをフォーム構造に適用して乾燥した後、フォームを壊さずに、円筒形の試験試料を手動で暗い固体ベース上に押し込んだ。硬質表面上の粉末状コーティングは、フォームからのフィラー(フィロシリケート)の分離の証拠となる。
DIN EN 13162標準は、EN 1609に従って短時間の部分的な浸漬後の吸水率WPを定義する。結果は、1.0kg/m2の吸水率を超えてはならない。EN 1609に従う滴下法(drip method)において、本発明の疎水化フォームの試験試料の初期質量m0を決定した。その後、試験試料を空の水容器に入れ、水を添加したときにも部分的に浸ったままになるように秤量した。その後、試験試料の下側が水位より10mm低くなるまで、注意深く水を添加した。24時間後、試験試料を取り出した。10分間滴下した後、試験試料を再秤量し、質量m24を決定した。m24とm0の差を平方メートルでの試験試料の底面面積APに除することにより、平方メートル当たりのキログラムでの吸水率WPを計算した。
DIN EN 12667「建築材料と製品の熱性能、保護されたホットプレート及び熱流量計法の平均値による熱抵抗の決定、高及び中程度の熱抵抗の製品」に従って、熱伝導率を測定した。
酸素指数(LOI=限界酸素指数)は、特にプラスチックの燃焼挙動を説明するためのパラメーターである。それは、垂直に置かれた試験試料の燃焼が試験条件下で持続する酸素-窒素混合物の最小酸素濃度である。その酸素指数が低いほど、物質はより容易に燃焼する。
通常の製造手順:
WO 2012/059493に記載しているようにメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームを製造し、WO 2009/021963に従って比較例Aを製造した。対応するフォームは、例えばBASF SEから商品名Basotect(登録商標)で購入できる。
フィロシリケート、分散剤、ポリウレタン分散体及び水からなる分散液中にメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームの平坦ブランクを浸漬することにより、含浸を行った。フォームブランクを分散液中に複数回圧縮した後、フォームブランクを分散液から取り出し、その後に、130℃で一定の質量になるまで約4時間乾燥させた。

Claims (13)
- 連続気泡フォーム構造を有するメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームであって、
フォーム構造に適用された状態の含浸物を有し、該含浸物は、アミノシランで表面修飾された少なくとも1種の粒子状フィロシリケート及びアニオン的に及び/又は非イオン的に安定化された少なくとも1種のポリウレタン分散体を含み、且つ
前記含浸物により適用された物質は、乾燥されている、ことを特徴とするメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォーム。 - 前記アミノシランで表面修飾された少なくとも1種の粒子状フィロシリケートが、100質量部の含浸されていないメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームに基づいて、50~350質量部の量で前記フォーム構造に適用されている、請求項1に記載のフォーム。
- 前記アニオン的に及び/又は非イオン的に安定化された少なくとも1種のポリウレタン分散体が、前記含浸物の乾燥質量に基づいて、0.5質量%~10質量%の量で使用される、請求項1又は2に記載のフォーム。
- 前記含浸されていないメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームが5~12g/lの範囲の密度を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記含浸されたメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームの密度が、前記含浸されていないメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームの密度より少なくとも3g/l高い、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記メラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームが、5:1~1.3:1の範囲のホルムアルデヒドとメラミンのモル比を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記アニオン的に及び/又は非イオン的に安定化された少なくとも1種のポリウレタン分散体が、式-N=C=N-のカルボジイミド構造単位を含むポリウレタンの水性分散体である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記式-N=C=N-のカルボジイミド構造単位が、テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート(TMXDI)を介して前記ポリウレタン中に導入される、請求項7に記載のフォーム。
- 式-N=C=N-のカルボジイミド構造単位の含有量が、前記ポリウレタンに基づいて5~150mmol/kgである、請求項7又は8に記載のフォーム。
- その外表面が、ガラス繊維不織布、鉱物繊維不織布、炭素繊維不織布、炭素繊維織物、ガラス繊維織物、鉱物繊維織物、又は金属ホイルで少なくとも部分的にラミネートされている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフォーム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドフォームを製造する方法であって、以下の工程:
