Description
(a)少なくとも1種の難燃性物質と樹脂、及び任意に少なくとも1種の更なるポリマーを混合する工程、
(b)この混合物をフォームに施すか、又はフォームを混合物に浸す工程、
(c)混合物をフォームの孔に導入するために、フォームを混合物と一緒にプレスする工程、
(d)フォームを乾燥する工程、
を含む(ここで、工程(b)と(c)は、連続的に、最初に工程(b)次に工程(c)の順で行われる)方法によって製造される。
(a)少なくとも1種の難燃性物質をフォームに施すか、又はフォームを、少なくとも1種の難燃性物質に浸し、そして次にプレスするか又はパッディングを行い、難燃性物質をフォームに均一に分散させる工程、
(b)樹脂をフォームに施すか、又はフォームを樹脂に浸す工程、及び、
(c)フォームをプレスするか又はパッディングを行い、少なくとも1種の難燃性物質が加えられている、工程(a)からのフォームに、樹脂を均一に分散させる工程、
を含む。
1.比較例
燃焼特性及び液体状態の水の存在下での特性(挙動)について、含浸していないメラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームを試験した。燃焼クラスを、DIN4102に従い決定した。燃焼クラスは、B1であった。液体水と接触させた場合、フォームは完全に浸され(濡れ)、そして表面下に沈んだ。
連続気泡メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドフォームが、5質量%濃度(strength)のフルオロカーボン樹脂乳濁物及び30質量%濃度の粘着剤(この粘着剤は、ナトリウムシリケートを含んでいる)の混合物で含浸され、そして90℃で乾燥された。乾燥の後の密度の増加は150%であった。このように含浸されたフォームは、DIN4102に従う燃焼クラスA2に適合し、そして水に浮くものであった。
Claims (18)
- 実質的に連続気泡を有するフォームマトリックス、及び該フォームマトリックスに施されたフルオロカーボン樹脂及び/又はシリコン樹脂から実質的になる含浸物を含むフォームであって、
前記含浸物が、更に少なくとも1種の難燃性物質を含むことを特徴とするフォーム。 - 難燃性物質が、主族I〜IIIの金属の、亜鉛の、及びアンモニウムの、シリケート、ボレート、ヒドロキシド及びホスフェートから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォーム。
- 主族I〜IIIの金属が、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム又はアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフォーム。
- 難燃性物質が、ナトリウムシリケート、カリウムシリケート、マグネシウムヒドロキシド、アルニミニウムヒドロキシド、ナトリウムボレート、カリウムボレート、マグネシウムボレート、亜鉛ボレート、アンモニウム(ポリ)ホスフェート、ナトリウム(ポリ)ホスフェート、カリウム(ポリ)ホスフェート、カルシウム(ポリ)ホスフェート及びアルミニウム(ポリ)ホスフェートから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のフォーム。
- 含浸物が、難燃性物質、フルオロカーボン樹脂又はシリコン樹脂及び任意に少なくとも1種の別のポリマーを含む混合物で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のフォーム。
- 含浸物が、別々の層、すなわち、フルオロカーボン樹脂又はシリコン樹脂を含む層、及び少なくとも1種の別のポリマーを、難燃性物質と一緒に含む層から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の別のポリマー層が、熱硬化性アクリレート溶液又は分散物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームが、180〜240℃の温度範囲でのホットプレスにより、恒久的に成形が可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームマトリックスが、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドポリ縮合物から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームマトリックスを形成するための、メラミンのホムアルデヒドに対する割合が、1:1.2〜1:4であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームマトリックスが、ウレア−ホルムアルデヒドフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームマトリックスが、連続気泡ポリウレタンフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のフォーム。
- (a)少なくとも1種の難燃性物質及び樹脂及び任意に少なくとも1種の更なるバインダを混合する工程、
(b)前記混合物を、前記フォームに施すか、又は前記フォームを前記混合物に浸漬する工程、
(c)前記混合物を前記フォームの孔に導入するために、前記フォームを前記混合物とプレスする工程、
(d)前記フォームを乾燥させる工程、
を含み、且つ工程(b)と(c)が連続的に行われ、そして、最初に工程(b)、次いで工程(c)が行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - (a)少なくとも1種の難燃性の物質をフォームに施すか、又はフォームを少なくとも1種の難燃性物質に浸漬し、そして次にプレス又はパッディングにより難燃性物質をフォーム中に均一に分散させる工程、
(b)樹脂をフォームに施すか、又はフォームを樹脂に浸漬する工程、及び、
(c)プレス又はパッディングにより、工程(a)で難燃性物質が付与されたフォームに、樹脂を均一に分散させる工程、
を含み、工程(b)と(c)は、同時に行って良く、又は連続的に、最初に工程(b)、次いで工程(c)の順に行って良いことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフォームを製造する方法。 - 難燃性物質が、フォームに最初に施され、次いで樹脂がフォームに施されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の難燃性物質が施されたフォームが、最初にプレスされ、この後に、第2工程で、フルオロカーボン樹脂及び/又はシリコン樹脂が、更に含浸されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 樹脂が、揮発性溶媒中に乳濁物として存在することを特徴とする請求項13〜16の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載のフォームを、断熱防音効果を有する構造要素のために、特に火災に対する保護が必要な領域に使用する方法。
