Abstract
【解決手段】 LSD制御部56が算出した副駆動輪配分トルクが所定値以上であり、左右のトルク配分クラッチの差回転が共に所定値以上であり、かつ車体速センサ52aが検出した車体速が所定値以下のときに、エンジンからリヤディファレンシャルギヤ16の左右のトルク配分クラッチを介して左右の副駆動輪に伝達される副駆動輪配分トルクの上限値をクラッチトルク制限部60が制限するので、車両の発進時に主駆動輪がスリップしたときに、副駆動輪に過大な実駆動トルクが発生して耐久性が低下するのを防止することができる。その際に、エンジンの出力トルクを低減する必要がないため、車両の発進性能の低下を最小限に抑えることができる。

Description
(1) 左右の後輪Wr,Wrに伝達すべき目標配分トルクの合計値が所定値(実施の形態では300kgfm)以上であること
(2) 左右のトルク配分クラッチ40,40のクラッチアウター46およびクラッチインナー47間の差回転が共に所定値(実施の形態では300rpm)以上であること
(3) 車体速が所定値(実施の形態では5km/h)以下であること
(4) 重力加速度Gに換算した登坂角が所定値(実施の形態では0.2G)以下であることの四つであり、これら四つの条件が全て成立した場合に、後輪Wr,Wrに配分可能な駆動トルクの上限値を通常時に比べて低減する制御が行われる。

Claims (2)
- 駆動源(E)が出力する駆動トルクが直接伝達される左右の主駆動輪(Wf)と、前記駆動トルクが左右のトルク配分クラッチ(40)を介して伝達される左右の副駆動輪(Wr)とを備え、車両の走行状態に応じて前記左右のトルク配分クラッチ(40)が前記左右の副駆動輪(Wr)に伝達する副駆動輪配分トルクを制御する四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置において、
車体速を検出する車体速検出手段(52a)と、
前記主駆動輪(Wf)および前記副駆動輪(Wr)の車輪速を検出する車輪速検出手段(Uc)と、
前記車輪速検出手段(Uc)の出力に基づいて算出した前記主駆動輪(Wf)および前記副駆動輪(Wr)間の差回転に応じて前記副駆動輪配分トルクを算出する副駆動輪配分トルク算出手段(56)と、
前記副駆動輪配分トルク算出手段(56)が算出した前記副駆動輪配分トルクが所定値上であり、左トルク配分クラッチ(40)の差回転および右トルク配分クラッチ(40)の差回転が共に所定値以上であり、かつ前記車体速検出手段(52a)が検出した車体速が所定値以下のときに、前記副駆動輪配分トルクの上限値を制限するトルク制限手段(60)とを備えることを特徴とする四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置。 - 路面の傾斜角度を検出する路面傾斜角度検出手段(58)を備え、前記トルク制限手段(60)は、前記路面傾斜角度検出手段(58)が検出した路面の傾斜角度が所定値以下であるときに、前記副駆動輪配分トルクの上限値を制限することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置。
