Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池FCを冷却する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環路と、冷媒循環路中に設けられるラジエータと、を備えた燃料電池の冷却装置1が搭載された燃料電池車両Vにおいて、ラジエータを収容するボックス10と、ボックス10内に外気を取り入れ可能なフラップ装置12と、フラップ装置12のフラップの開度を調整可能なフラップ制御手段と、燃料電池FCの温度を含む燃料電池FCの運転状態を検知する運転状態検知手段と、を備え、フラップ制御手段は、運転状態検知手段によって判断される燃料電池FCの運転状態の情報に基づいてフラップ装置12のフラップの開度を調整する。

Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の燃料電池車両V(以下、車両Vと略記する)は、内部に燃料電池の冷却装置1が収容されたボックス10、燃料電池FC、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)100、温度センサ101、外気温度センサ102(外気温度検出手段)、車速センサ103(車速検知手段)、IG104、温度センサ105(図7参照)などで構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 燃料電池を冷却する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環路と、
前記冷媒循環路中に設けられるラジエータと、
を備えた燃料電池の冷却装置が搭載された燃料電池車両において、
前記ラジエータを収容するボックスと、
前記ボックスに設けられ、前記ボックス内に外気を取り入れ可能なフラップと、
前記フラップの開度を調整可能なフラップ制御手段と、
少なくとも前記燃料電池の温度を含む前記燃料電池の運転状態を検知する運転状態検知手段と、を備え、
前記フラップ制御手段は、前記運転状態検知手段によって判断される前記燃料電池の運転状態の情報に基づいて前記フラップの開度を調整することを特徴とする燃料電池車両。 - 前記燃料電池の運転状態は、複数の運転モードを含み、
前記運転状態検知手段は、前記複数の運転モードを、イグニッションスイッチのON/OFF信号状態と、前記燃料電池の温度とに基づいて判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両。 - 前記燃料電池の温度から目標冷媒温度を算出する目標冷媒温度算出手段を備え、
前記フラップ制御手段は、前記目標冷媒温度算出手段で算出された目標冷媒温度と、前記運転状態検知手段からの前記燃料電池の温度と、に基づいて前記燃料電池の冷却装置の冷媒の温度が目標冷媒温度となるように前記フラップの開度を調整することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池車両。 - 前記燃料電池車両の車速を検出する車速検知手段を備え、
前記フラップ制御手段は、前記車速検知手段により検知される車速に基づいて前記フラップの開度を補正することを特徴する請求項3に記載の燃料電池車両。 - 外気温度を検出する外気温度検出手段を備え、
前記フラップ制御手段は、前記運転状態検知手段により前記燃料電池の運転モードが前記燃料電池の発電が停止している停止モードと判断された場合、前記外気温度検出手段により検出される外気温度が所定温度を超えているときに、前記フラップの開度を開として前記燃料電池の冷却装置を停止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池車両。 - 前記ラジエータに冷却風を通流させるラジエータファンと、
前記冷却装置の冷媒を循環させる冷媒ポンプと、を備え、
前記フラップ制御手段は、前記運転状態検知手段により前記燃料電池の運転モードが前記燃料電池の発電が停止している停止モードと判断された場合、前記外気温度検出手段により検出される外気温度が所定温度以下であるときに、前記フラップの開度を開として、前記冷媒ポンプを作動するとともに、前記ラジエータファンを作動する燃料電池急速冷却処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料電池車両。 - 前記ラジエータに冷却風を通流させるラジエータファンを備え、
前記目標冷媒温度と前記燃料電池の温度との差に基づいて前記ラジエータファンの回転速度を制御するラジエータファン制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の燃料電池車両。
