Abstract
誘導加熱調理器において、トッププレートを介して鍋の加熱温度を検知する温度センサの検知精度を向上させる。
【解決手段】
負荷を載置するトッププレート2と、該トッププレート2の下方に設けられ前記負荷を誘導加熱する加熱コイル11と、該加熱コイル11の近傍に設けられ、前記トッププレート2の下面温度を検知する温度センサ13,17とを備えた誘導加熱調理器において、前記温度センサ13,17は、磁性体金属を含む引き出し線27を備え、前記引き出し線27の線径を0.1mm以下とし、前記引き出し線27の長さを15mm以下とした。

Claims (3)
- 負荷を載置するトッププレートと、該トッププレートの下方に設けられ前記負荷を誘導加熱する加熱コイルと、該加熱コイルの近傍に設けられ、前記トッププレートの下面温度を検知する温度センサとを備えた誘導加熱調理器において、前記温度センサは、磁性体金属を含む引き出し線を備え、前記引き出し線の線径を0.1mm以下としたことを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。
- 請求項1記載の誘導加熱調理器において、前記引き出し線の長さを15mm以下としたことを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。
- 請求項1,2記載の誘導加熱調理器において、前記温度センサを前記加熱コイルの上面と前記トッププレート下面との間隙部に設け、前記加熱コイルの上面に臨む前記引き出し線の長さを10mm以下としたことを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。
