Abstract
【解決手段】通信コイル24を、第1の層51aと第2の層51bの2層構造をなすプリント基板51で構成する。また、プリント基板51は、例えば比誘電率が4.0、誘電正接が0.0001程度の性質を有する材質を用いる。第1の層51aには、円形ループ形状の銅箔パターンにより形成された給電コイルL1を設け、第2の層51bには、給電コイルL1と同心円状の銅箔パターンからなる渦巻き形状の共鳴コイルX1を設ける。このような構成とすることにより、従来の通信コイルに比べて小型、軽量化を図ることができる。

Claims (6)
- ワイヤレスで給電回路から受電回路へ電力を送信するワイヤレス電力伝送装置の、前記給電回路及び受電回路にそれぞれ設けられる通信コイルの構造において、
比誘電率が1よりも大きい材質のプリント基板と、
前記プリント基板の第1の層に設けられ、少なくとも1ループをなす導電パターンで形成された一次コイルと、
前記プリント基板の第2の層に設けられ、渦巻き形状をなす導電パターンで形成された共鳴コイルと、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。 - ワイヤレスで給電回路から受電回路へ電力を送信するワイヤレス電力伝送装置の、前記給電回路及び受電回路にそれぞれ設けられる通信コイルの構造において、
比誘電率が1よりも大きい材質のプリント基板と、
前記プリント基板の第1の層に設けられ、少なくとも1ループをなす導電パターンで形成された一次コイルと、
前記プリント基板の、前記第1の層とは異なる複数の層にそれぞれ設けられた1ループをなす導電パターン、及び互いに隣接する層に設けられた導電パターンを端部どうしで接続する層間接続ホールからなる共鳴コイルと、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。 - 前記導電パターンは、銅箔パターンに銀メッキを施して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
- 前記プリント基板は、前記導電パターンの中央部が切り欠かれ、且つ、導電パターンの外周部が該導電パターンの形状に沿って切り欠かれた形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
- 前記中央部の切り欠かれた部分に、磁性体を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
- 前記第1の層の、前記第2の層とは反対側となる層を、反磁性体の材質で構成されるアース層としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
