Abstract
Description
・ 式(YA)3(AlB)5(OC)12:Ce3+を有し、ここで、AがGd(ガドリニウム)、Tb(テルビウム)、La(ランタン)、Sm(サマリウム)を含む群から選択される三価金属または二価金属イオン、例えば、Sr(ストロンチウム)、Ca(カルシウム)、Ba(バリウム)、Mg(マグネシウム)、Zn(亜鉛)およびCd(カドミウム)であり、BがSi(ケイ素)、B(ホウ素)、P(リン)およびGa(ガドリニウム)を含み、CがF(フッ素)、Cl(塩素)、Br(臭素)、I(ヨウ素)、P(リン)、S(硫黄)およびN(窒素)を含む群から選択されるドーパントである、フォトルミネッセンス材料を含むYAG系蛍光体;
・ 一般式(SrM1)3Si(OD)5:Euであり、ここで、M1がBa、Ca、Mg、Znを含む群から選択され、DがF、Cl、SおよびNを含む群から選択される、ケイ酸塩系橙色−赤色蛍光体(そのような蛍光体は、緑色から黄色(580〜630nm)の波長範囲の光を放出するために使用することができる);
・ (SrM1)Si5N8の一般式であり、ここで、M1がSr、Ca、MgおよびZnを含む群から選択される、窒化ケイ素系赤色蛍光体;

Claims (85)
- 第一の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された放射源;前記第一の波長範囲の放射の少なくとも一部を吸収し、第二の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された蛍光体;および少なくとも前記第一の波長範囲の放射が通過する光学要素を含み、蛍光体が光学要素の表面上に提供されることを特徴とする、照明配置。
- 蛍光体が実質的に均一な厚さの層として光学要素の表面上に提供される、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に平坦な表面を有し、蛍光体が前記実質的に平坦な表面上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が凸表面を有し、蛍光体が前記凸表面上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が凹表面を有し、蛍光体が前記凹表面上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に半球形の表面を有し、蛍光体が前記半球形の表面上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に半球形のシェルを含み、蛍光体が半球形の内部表面上に提供される、請求項6記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に半球形のシェルを含み、蛍光体が半球形の外部表面の少なくとも部分上に提供される、請求項6記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に球形のシェルを含み、蛍光体が球形の内部表面の少なくとも部分上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が実質的に球形のシェルを含み、蛍光体が球形の外部表面の少なくとも部分上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が中空円筒を含み、蛍光体が内部表面の少なくとも部分上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素が中空円筒を含み、蛍光体が外部表面の少なくとも部分上に提供される、請求項1または請求項2記載の照明配置。
- 光学要素がプラスチック材料、ガラスの一つから作製される、請求項1または2記載の照明配置。
- 蛍光体が、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン材料およびポリマー材料の一つに組み入れられ、混合物を形成する粉末を含み、蛍光体混合物が光学要素に塗布され、光学要素表面上に蛍光体の層を形成する、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- さらに、蛍光体粉末に光拡散材料を組み入れることを含む、請求項14記載の照明配置。
- 蛍光体が、式A2SiO4:Eu2+Dを有し、ここで、AがSr、Ca、Ba、Mg、ZnおよびCdからなる群から選択される二価金属であり、DがF、Cl、Br、I、P、SおよびNからなる群から選択されるドーパントである、フォトルミネッセンス材料を含む、請求項1、2、14または15のいずれか一項記載の照明配置。
- 蛍光体が、式(YA)3(AlB)5(OC)12:Ce3+を有し、ここで、AがGd、Tb、La、Smからなる群から選択される三価金属または二価金属イオン、例えば、Sr、Ca、Ba、Mg、ZnおよびCdであり;BがSi、B、PおよびGaからなる群から選択され;CがF、Cl、Br、I、P、SおよびNからなる群から選択されるドーパントである、フォトルミネッセンス材料を含む、請求項1、2、14または15のいずれか一項記載の照明配置。

- 蛍光体が、式(SrM1)Sを有し、ここで、M1がCa、BaおよびMgからなる群から選択される、硫酸塩系赤色蛍光体を含む、請求項1、2、14または15のいずれか一項記載の照明配置。
- 蛍光体が、式(SrM1)(GaM2)2S4:Euを有し、ここで、M1がCa、BaおよびMgからなる群から選択され、M2がAlおよびInからなる群から選択される、硫酸塩系緑色蛍光体を含む、請求項1、2、14または15のいずれか一項記載の照明配置。
- 放射源が光放出ダイオードを含む、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- LEDチップが窒化ガリウムLEDを含む、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- 300〜500nmの波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように放射源が動作可能である、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- 450〜700nmの範囲にわたる波長を有する放射を放出するように蛍光体が構成される、請求項1記載の照明配置。
- 第一の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された放射源;前記第一の波長範囲の放射の少なくとも一部を吸収し、第二の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された蛍光体;および少なくとも前記第一の波長範囲の放射が光学要素を通過するように構成される前記光学要素を含み、前記蛍光体が前記光学要素の表面上に提供されることを特徴とする、一種の照明配置のための光学要素。
- 蛍光体が実質的に均一な厚さの層として光学要素の表面上に提供される、請求項26記載の光学要素。
- 光学要素が実質的に平坦な表面を有し、蛍光体が前記実質的に平坦な表面上に提供される、請求項26または請求項27記載の光学要素。

- 照明配置を製作する方法であって、:第一の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された放射源および前記放射が通過する光学要素を提供する工程;ならびに前記第一の波長範囲の放射の少なくとも一部を吸収し、第二の波長範囲を有する放射を放出するように構成された蛍光体を光学要素の表面上に提供する工程を含む、方法。
- 蛍光体を実質的に均一な厚さの層として光学要素の表面上に提供する工程を含む、請求項47記載の方法。
- 光学要素が実質的に平坦な表面を有し、蛍光体を前記実質的に平坦な表面上に提供する工程を含む、請求項47または請求項48記載の方法。

- さらに、光拡散材料を含む、請求項83記載の蛍光体材料。
