Abstract
【解決手段】光励起された蛍光材料1の蛍光から温度信号を生成する蛍光温度センサは、蛍光材料1に投光する投光素子2と、蛍光材料1が発する蛍光を受光する受光素子4と、投光素子2および受光素子4の両方が内蔵された筐体8と、筐体8と蛍光材料1との間で投光素子2と蛍光材料1の両方の光を伝達する光ファイバ7とを備える。筐体8と光ファイバ7とは、投光素子2の光が光ファイバ7内に採光されると共に蛍光材料1からの光が光ファイバ7内から受光素子4に照射される位置で接続される。

Claims (3)
- 光励起された蛍光材料の蛍光から温度信号を生成する蛍光温度センサであって、
前記蛍光材料に投光する投光素子と、前記蛍光材料が発する蛍光を受光する受光素子と、該受光素子と前記投光素子の両方が内蔵された筐体と、該筐体と前記蛍光材料との間で前記投光素子が発する光と前記蛍光材料が発する蛍光との両方を伝達する光伝達媒体とを備え、
前記筐体と前記光伝達媒体とは、前記投光素子が発する光が該光伝達媒体内に採光されると共に前記蛍光材料が発する蛍光が該光伝達媒体内から前記受光素子に照射される位置で接続されることを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。 - 請求項1記載の蛍光温度センサにおいて、
前記光伝達媒体が光ファイバであって、前記投光素子の指向特性の範囲内に該光ファイバのコアを位置させると共に、該光ファイバの開口角の範囲内に前記受光素子を位置させて、該光ファイバが前記筐体に接続されることを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。 - 請求項1記載の蛍光温度センサにおいて、
前記光伝達媒体が光ファイバ素線を複数束ねた光ファイババンドルであって、前記投光素子の指向特性の範囲内に、該光ファイババンドルの少なくとも一部の光ファイバ素線のコアを位置させると共に、該光ファイババンドルの少なくとも一部の光ファイバ素線の開口角の範囲内に前記受光素子を位置させて、該光ファイババンドルが前記筐体に接続されることを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。
