Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、溝付き基板上に記録層及び信号再生機能層が積層された超解像再生を行う。マークポジション方式で記録されたマーク長が、使用する光学系における解像限界以下の一つの長さであり、かつ、基板溝のランドとグルーブの両方に記録マークが形成されている。

また、溝付き基板上の記録層及び信号再生機能層からなる部分が、偶数個積み重ねられ、該基板溝はスパイラル状と逆スパイラル状となったものが同数形成された構造において、信号の記録は、該基板溝のランドとグルーブのどちらか一方について、該スパイラル状溝と該逆スパイラル状溝からなる一対を連続して使用することができる。
作製した光記録媒体の特性評価には、λ=405nm、NA=0.65の光学系から成る光記録媒体評価装置(パルステック工業株式会社製、DDU-1000)を使用している。媒体回転の線速は、記録時及び再生時とも、2.2m/sにおいて行った。記録時に照射するパルスレーザ光(周波数f)のデューティ比は50%である。
光記録媒体、光記録媒体評価装置、線速条件、デューティ比条件は、実施例2と同じである。ランドは解像限界以上の400nmマークを7.0mW、グルーブは解像限界以上の490nmマークを6.7mW、のレーザ光パワーでそれぞれ記録した。
このように形成された光記録媒体に対し、グルーブは式1、ランドは式2で表されるようなマークポジション方式の記録を行った。式中のTは長さ50nmであり、添字sは未記録スペース、添字mは記録マークを表す。

Claims (10)
- 溝付き基板上に記録層及び信号再生機能層が積層された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体において、
マークポジション方式で記録されたマーク長が、使用する光学系における解像限界以下の一つの長さであり、
前記基板溝のランドとグルーブの両方に記録マークが形成されていることを特徴とする、超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。 - 前記記録層は、一度だけ記録が可能である請求項1に記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 前記溝付き基板の溝周期は、使用する光学系の回折限界以上である請求項1又は2に記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 前記信号再生機能層は、Sb又はTeを含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 前記溝付き基板上の記録層及び信号再生機能層からなる部分が、偶数個積み重ねられ、該基板溝はスパイラル状と逆スパイラル状となったものが同数形成された構造において、信号の記録は、該基板溝のランドとグルーブのどちらか一方について、該スパイラル状溝と該逆スパイラル状溝からなる一対を連続して使用する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体。
- 溝付き基板上に記録層及び信号再生機能層が積層された超解像再生を行うための光記録媒体の光記録再生方法において、
マークポジション方式で記録されたマーク長が、使用する光学系における解像限界以下の一つの長さであり、
前記基板溝のランドとグルーブの両方に記録マークが形成されていることを特徴とする、超解像再生を行うための光記録再生方法。 - 前記記録層は、一度だけ記録が可能である請求項6に記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録再生方法。
- 前記溝付き基板の溝周期は、使用する光学系の回折限界以上である請求項6又は7に記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録再生方法。
- 前記信号再生機能層は、Sb又はTeを含有する請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録再生方法。
- 前記溝付き基板上の記録層及び信号再生機能層からなる部分が、偶数個積み重ねられ、該基板溝はスパイラル状と逆スパイラル状となったものが同数形成された構造において、信号の記録は、該基板溝のランドとグルーブのどちらか一方について、該スパイラル状溝と該逆スパイラル状溝からなる一対を連続して使用する請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載された超解像再生を行うための光記録再生方法。
