Claims (12)
- 無機材料から成り、書き込み操作中に局所的変形を受けることができるとともに、少なくとも読み取り操作中に光放射線(6)を受けるように構成された前面(4)を有する活性層(3)と、
前記活性層(3)の前面上に配置された半反射層(2)と、
を備える光学データ記憶媒体であって、
前記半反射層(2)がスズ・テルル系合金から成る薄層であることを特徴とする光データ記憶媒体。 - 前記合金がスズ・テルル合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の媒体。
- 前記スズ・テルル合金におけるスズの原子組成比率が40%〜60%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の媒体。
- 前記スズ・テルル合金におけるスズの原子組成率が45%〜55%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の媒体。
- 前記合金は、スズと、テルルと、亜鉛およびインジウムから選択された金属とから成る合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の媒体。
- 前記合金における亜鉛およびインジウムから選択された前記金属の原子組成比率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の媒体。
- 前記活性層(3)の無機材料がテルル・亜鉛合金であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記活性層(3)および前記半反射層(2)が80nm以下の厚さを有する積層体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記積層体が50nm以下の厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の媒体。
- 前記半反射層(2)および前記活性層(3)がそれぞれ約20nmの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の媒体。
- 前記活性層(3)は、加熱手段によって引き起こされる局所的変形を受けることができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記活性層(3)は、前記活性層(3)の前面(4)によって受けられる書き込み光放射線の作用により引き起こされる局所的変形を受けることができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
