Abstract
【解決手段】モータ駆動装置100は、電源電圧を昇圧して昇圧電圧を出力する昇圧コンバータ12と、昇圧コンバータ12から昇圧電圧を受けてモータM1を駆動するインバータ14と、昇圧コンバータ12に対して昇圧電圧の目標値を指示し、インバータ14の制御方式を矩形波制御と非矩形波制御のいずれかに定める制御装置30とを備える。制御装置30は、トルクの要求を示す同じ所定の入力信号に対して、第1の昇圧目標値を指示し制御方式として非矩形波制御を指定する第1の動作モードと、第1の昇圧目標値より低い第2の昇圧目標値を指示し制御方式として矩形波制御を指定する第2の動作モードとを選択可能に構成される。

Description
図1を参照して、モータ駆動装置100は、直流電源Bと、電圧センサ10,13と、システムリレーSR1,SR2と、コンデンサC1,C2と、昇圧コンバータ12と、インバータ14と、電流センサ11,24と、制御装置30とを備える。
図5のステップS2では、図6の電圧V2に基づいて昇圧電圧目標値が定められ、図7の要求トルクT2に基づいて要求トルクが定められる。一方、ステップS3では、図6の電圧V1に基づいて昇圧電圧目標値が定められ、図7の要求トルクT1に基づいて要求トルクが定められる。
図8を参照して、たとえばアクセル開度センサから与えられる入力信号INを、フィルタを通した後に要求トルクとして用いる。このフィルタの係数を通常モードとエコモードで切り換えることにより、通常モードでは信号OUT1が要求トルクとして使用され、エコモードではそれより変化が緩慢に制限された信号OUT2が要求トルクとして使用される。
Claims (6)
- 電源電圧を昇圧して昇圧電圧を出力する昇圧装置と、
前記昇圧装置から昇圧電圧を受けてモータを駆動するインバータと、
前記昇圧装置に対して昇圧電圧の目標値を指示し、前記インバータの制御方式を矩形波制御と非矩形波制御のいずれかに定める制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、トルクの要求を示す同じ所定の入力信号に対して、第1の昇圧目標値を指示し前記制御方式として前記非矩形波制御を指定する第1の動作モードと、前記第1の昇圧目標値より低い第2の昇圧目標値を指示し前記制御方式として前記矩形波制御を指定する第2の動作モードとを選択可能に構成される、モータ駆動装置。 - 電源電圧を昇圧して昇圧電圧を出力する昇圧装置と、
前記昇圧装置から昇圧電圧を受けてモータを駆動するインバータと、
前記昇圧装置に対して昇圧電圧の目標値を指示し、前記インバータの制御方式をパルス幅変調制御と非パルス幅変調制御のいずれかに定める制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、トルクの要求を示す同じ所定の入力信号に対して、第1の昇圧目標値を指示し前記制御方式として前記パルス幅変調制御を指定する第1の動作モードと、前記第1の昇圧目標値より低い第2の昇圧目標値を指示し前記制御方式として前記非パルス幅変調制御を指定する第2の動作モードとを選択可能に構成される、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記所定の入力信号に対して第1の指令トルクと、前記第1の指令トルクよりも緩慢に変化が制限された第2の指令トルクとを選択可能であり、前記第1の動作モードを選択した場合には前記第1の指令トルクを選択し、前記第2の動作モードを選択した場合には前記第2の指令トルクを選択する、請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記第1、第2の動作モードのいずれを選択するかの指示を前記制御装置に与える入力スイッチをさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記第1、第2のモードのいずれが選択されているかを操作者に認識させるモード報知部をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、進路に渋滞が予測される場合には、前記動作モードを前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードに切換える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
