Abstract
【解決手段】この取付け装置は、部品1から突設したボス10と、ボス10に組付けられるクリップ30とを備える。クリップ30はボス10よりも硬い樹脂からなり、押え片40と、弾性係合片50と、それらの基端を連結する連結部60とを有し、連結部60の対向する前後壁61,62には、ボス10の挿入方向に沿って所定間隔を設けて互い違いに突部67が形成されている。前壁61側の突部67と後壁62側の突部67との間隔は、ボス10の先端部の厚さよりも小さくなるように形成されている。そして、ボス10にクリップ30を挿入すると、互い違いに形成された各突部67が、ボス10先端部の両側にそれぞれ食い込み、クリップ30が強固にボス10に組付けられる。

Claims (4)
- 部品に形成されたボスと、このボスに組付けられるU字状の樹脂クリップとを備え、樹脂クリップをボスに組付けて、被取付部品に形成された取付孔に挿入し、嵌合させることにより、部品を被取付部品に固定するようにした部品の取付け装置において、
前記樹脂クリップは、前記ボスよりも硬い樹脂材料で形成されていて、前記ボスを挟み込む押え片と、前記取付孔に挿入されて係合する弾性係合片と、前記押え片及び前記弾性係合片の基端を連結する連結部とを有しており、
前記連結部の対向する内面には、前記ボスの挿入方向に沿って所定間隔を設けて互い違いに突部が形成されていて、前記内面の一側に設けられた突部の先端と、前記内面の他側に設けた突部の先端との前記挿入方向に見たときの間隔が、前記ボスの先端部の厚さよりも小さくなるように形成され、前記連結部に前記ボスが挿入されたときに、前記ボスの先端部に前記突部が食い込むように構成されていることを特徴とする部品の取付け装置。 - 前記連結部の、前記ボスを挟み込む方向に対向する前後壁に、切欠き又は抜き孔が設けられており、該前後壁の両側は側壁により連結されている請求項1記載の部品の取付け装置。
- 前記押え片には、前記ボスを挟み込む方向に沿った側面に突起が突設されており、前記ボスには、前記樹脂クリップが内側に撓むとき前記突起が摺接する位置に被固定壁が設けられており、前記ボスに前記樹脂クリップを組付けて被取付部品の取付孔に挿入するとき、前記押え片が取付孔内周に押圧されて内側に撓み、前記突起が前記ボスに設けられた被固定壁に食い込むように構成されている請求項1又は2記載の部品の取付け装置。
- 前記ボスの前記被固定壁は、前記ボスの軸方向に沿って立設された一対の外壁と、該外壁の内側に所定間隔をあけて平行に立設された一対の内壁とから構成されており、
前記押え片は、前記弾性係合片の両側にスリットを介して形成され、その先端が互いに分離した一対の片部からなり、各一対の片部の前記ボスを挟み込む方向に沿った両側面には、それぞれ突起が突設されていて、かつ、両側から突設した突起同士の最大幅は、前記外壁と前記内壁との間の間隔よりも大きくなるように設定されており、
前記ボスに前記樹脂クリップを組付けて被取付部品の取付孔に挿入するとき、前記押え片の各片部が押圧されて内側に撓んで、前記ボスの外壁及び内壁の間に入り込み、各片部の両側面の突起が前記ボスの外壁及び内壁にそれぞれ食い込むように構成されている請求項3記載の部品の取付け装置。
