Abstract
【解決手段】機関1の排気に含まれる粒子状物質(PM)を捕集するフィルタ(DPF)14を備える内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置において、DPF14内のPM堆積量を検知するPM堆積量検知手段10、33と、前記PM堆積量が所定量に達したら結晶化度の低いスートを増加させる制御を低結晶化度スート増加手段10と、前記結晶化度の低いスートが所定量堆積したら前記DPF14を前記結晶化度の低いスートが燃焼する温度まで昇温する昇温手段10とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 機関の排気に含まれる粒子状物質(PM)を捕集するフィルタ(DPF)を備える内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置において、
前記DPF内のPM堆積量を検知するPM堆積量検知手段と、
前記PM堆積量が所定量に達したら、結晶化度の低いスートを増加させる制御を低結晶化度スート増加手段と、
前記結晶化度の低いスートが所定量堆積したら前記DPFを前記結晶化度の低いスートが燃焼する温度まで昇温する昇温手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置。 - 前記結晶化度の低いスートは、筒内温度が低くなる運転条件又は排気の筒内での滞留時間が短い運転条件の少なくともいずれか一方の運転条件で排出されたスートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置。
- 前記低結晶化度スート増加手段は、排気循環量(EGRガス量)の増加、燃料の主噴射時期の遅角、吸気温度の低下、機関回転数の高回転側への変更、の少なくともいずれか一つの運転条件の変更を行うことにより前記結晶化度の低いスートを増加させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置。
- 圧縮比を可変に制御可能な圧縮比可変機構を備え、
前記低結晶化度スート増加手段は、前記圧縮比を低下させることにより前記結晶化度の低いスートを増加させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の出力をアシストするモータを備え、
前記低結晶化度スート増加手段は、前記モータのアシスト量を増大し、前記内燃機関の負荷を低減させることにより前記結晶化度の低いスートを増加させることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の内燃機関のDPF再生制御装置。 - 機関の排気に含まれる粒子状物質(PM)を捕集するフィルタ(DPF)を備える内燃機関のDPF再生制御方法において、
前記DPF内のPM堆積量を検知するPM堆積量検知段階と、
前記DPF内のPM堆積量が所定量に達したら結晶化度の低いスートを所定量まで増加させる低結晶化度スート増加段階と、
前記結晶化度の低いスートが所定量堆積したら前記DPFを前記結晶化度の低いスートが燃焼する温度まで昇温する昇温段階と、
からなる内燃機関のDPF再生制御方法。
