Claims (2)
- アクチュエータを備えた摩擦クラッチ、特に自動車のドライブトレーン内で使用するための摩擦クラッチにおいて、軸方向で確定された2つの支持面間に直列に配置すべき以下の構成部分、すなわちアクチュエータとディスクセットと皿ばねとが設けられており:
アクチュエータが、互いに同軸的な2つのディスク(6,7)を備えたボールランプ装置(2)の形で構成されており、両ディスク(6,7)のうちの少なくとも一方のディスクが回転軸線(A)を中心に回転駆動可能であり、両ディスク(6,7)のうちの一方のディスクが軸方向で支持されており、他方のディスクが軸方向で移動可能であり、両ディスク(6,7)が、その向かい合った端面(8,9)に、その都度複数のボール溝(12,13)を有しており、ボール溝(12,13)が、互いに逆向きの周方向で、増加する深さを有しており、互いに対向して位置するボール溝(12,13)のペア内に、ボールが収容されており、ボールを介して両ディスク(6,7)が軸方向で支持されており;
ディスクセット(3)が前記ディスク(6,7)に対して同軸的に配置されており、ディスクセット(3)が、クラッチケース(40)に相対回動不能に結合すべきアウタディスク(24)と、クラッチケース(40)に対して相対的に回転可能なクラッチボス(56)に相対回動不能に結合すべきインナディスク(25)とを有しており、アウタディスク(24)とインナディスク(25)とが軸方向で交互に配置されており;
皿ばね(5)が前記ディスク(6,7)に対して同軸的に、前記ディスクセット(3)に力を導入するために配置されており、軸方向で予圧されており、かつ機能的にディスクセット(3)に直列に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、アクチュエータと皿ばねとを備えた摩擦クラッチ。 - 自動車のドライブトレーン内での可変のトルク配分のためのディファレンシャル装置(32)において:
回転駆動可能なディファレンシャルケース(34)と、回転軸線(A)上に支承された2つのサイドシャフト(33)とを備えたディファレンシャル伝動装置が設けられており、サイドシャフト(33)がディファレンシャルケース(34)にディファレンシャルギヤセット(36,38)を介して駆動結合されており、ディファレンシャルケース(34)と各サイドシャフト(33)との間に第1のドライブトレーンが形成されており;
サイドシャフト(33)毎に1つの伝動装置段(49)が設けられており、伝動装置段(49)が一方ではディファレンシャルケース(34)に、他方ではサイドシャフト(33)に駆動結合されており、第1のドライブトレーンに対して機能的に並列の第2のドライブトレーンの一部であり;
伝動装置段(49)毎に、第2のドライブトレーンの連結および連結解除のための、アクチュエータ(2)を備えた摩擦クラッチ(50)から成る1つの装置が設けられており;
アクチュエータ(2)を備えた摩擦クラッチ(50)から成る装置が、請求項1にしたがって構成されている
ことを特徴とするディファレンシャル装置。
