Abstract
Description
−試料を含んだ液体サンプルを、固体支持相を備えたシリンジ胴部を有するシリンジ内に吸引し、
−試料が前記固体支持相に吸収されるよう前記固体支持相に前記液体サンプルを通過させ、
−溶媒により前記試料を分析装置のインジェクタ内に直接抽出すること、
の各ステップを含んでいる。
他の実施の形態では、前記固相材料は、前記シリンジ胴部の壁内側のコーティングとして提供される。
さらに他の実施の形態では、前記固相材料は、前記シリンジ胴部内に備えられるフィルタ上のコーティングとして具現化される。
さらに他の実施の形態では、固相材料で作られた薄い膜が前記シリンジ胴部内に提供される。
好ましくは、前記固相材料は、液体ポリマで作られている。

Claims (10)
- 固相微量採取法を利用して液体サンプルのサンプル準備を行うための方法であって、
−試料を含む液体サンプルを、固相材料(10)を備えたシリンジ胴部(4)を有するシリンジ(2)内に吸引し、
−前記サンプル中の試料が前記固相材料に吸収されるよう、前記固相材料を通過させて前記液体サンプルを通し、
−液体溶媒により前記試料を分析装置(20)のインジェクタ(22)内に直接抽出すること、
の各ステップからなる方法。 - 自動試料採取器(12)を使用して前記サンプルが前記シリンジ(2)内に吸引される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固相材料(10)が前記抽出ステップの前に洗浄される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記試料が有機溶媒により抽出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固相微量採取法を利用して液体サンプルのサンプル準備を行うための装置であって、
スライド移動可能なプランジャ(6)を内部に備えたシリンジ胴部(4)と、
前記シリンジ胴部内に吸引される前記液体サンプルが通過可能な、前記胴部から延びる中空針(8)と、を有し、
前記シリンジ(2)内に吸引された液体サンプルに接触するよう、固相材料(10、11、13)が前記シリンジ胴部(4)内に提供されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記固相材料が、前記シリンジ胴部(4)内の多孔性プラグ(10)として提供されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記固相材料が、前記シリンジ胴部の壁内側のコーティング(11)として提供されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記固相材料が、前記シリンジ胴部(4)内部に供給されたフィルタのコーティング(13)として提供されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記固相材料(10、11、13)が固体ポリマで作られている、請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記固相材料(10、11、13)が液体ポリマで作られている、請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一に記載の装置。
