Description
DBSサンプルは、8つのアナライトを含んだラット全血3μLをスポットすることによって、5mmの直径のセルロースアセテート収集ディスク上で調製された。血液スポットは、次の処理の前に少なくとも2時間(典型的には、16時間)空気乾燥された。その後、それぞれのDBSサンプルは、微小遠心管内に入れられ、その後、溶解液100μLがそれぞれの管に添加された。溶解液は、0.1%のギ酸(FA)の存在下および非存在下の水/アセトニトリル(ACN)混合物を含むものとした。セルロースアセテートディスクは、溶液中にすぐに溶解して、乳状液体混合物が形成された。表1には、評価に使用される8つの溶解液(#1〜#8)の量および組成が記載されている。

第1の担持部および第2の担持部は、第2の担持部が第1の担持部を囲むようにサンプルカード内に配置され、かつ、第1の担持部と第1の担持部に含まれる乾燥サンプルとは、第1の担持部に溶媒を添加すると溶液中に溶解する、サンプル担持体。 - 液体サンプルが生体液体サンプルである、請求項1に記載のサンプル担持体。

容器内に第1の担持部と溶液とを収集するステップと、
溶液中に、第2の担持部の成分を含む沈殿物を形成するステップと、
溶液から沈殿物を除去するステップと
を含む方法。 - 液体サンプルが、生体液体サンプルである、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 第2の担持部を溶解させるステップが、第2の担持部に溶媒を添加することを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 溶媒を添加するステップが、アセトニトリル、アセトン、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルホルムアミド、およびジクロロメタンから成る溶媒群から溶媒を添加することを含む、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 溶液中に沈殿物を形成するステップが、容器内の溶液に追加溶液を添加することを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 追加溶液が水である、請求項34に記載の方法。
