Abstract
【解決手段】 基板;ロウとコラムをなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路を含んで成り、そして4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、4本のデータライン、2本のパワーライン及び1本のセレクトラインを含み、該4本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有されることを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイス。

Description
a)基板;
b)ロウ(row)とコラム(column)をなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;
c)各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに
d)該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路
を含んで成り、そして
e)4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、4本のデータライン、2本のパワーライン及び1本のセレクトラインを含み、該4本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有される
ことを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイスによって達成される。

Claims (10)
- 発光画素を有する4色有機発光デバイスであって、
a)基板;
b)ロウとコラムをなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;
c)各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに
d)該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路
を含んで成り、そして
e)4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、4本のデータライン、2本のパワーライン及び1本のセレクトラインを含み、該4本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有される
ことを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイス。 - 該2本のパワーラインが画素配列の複数のコラムにより共有される、請求項1に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
- 該2本のパワーラインが画素配列の複数のロウにより共有される、請求項1に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
- 該駆動回路が副画素毎にキャパシタ及び2以上のトランジスタを含む、請求項1に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
- 白色光が得られる有機EL媒体を配置し、さらに各画素の4つの副画素のうちの3つに対応する赤色、緑色及び青色のカラーフィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
- 発光画素を有する4色有機発光デバイスであって、
a)基板;
b)ロウとコラムをなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;
c)各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに
d)該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路
を含んで成り、そして
e)4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、4本のデータライン、1本のパワーライン及び1本のセレクトラインを含み、該4本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有される
ことを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイス。 - 発光画素を有する4色有機発光デバイスであって、
a)基板;
b)ロウとコラムをなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;
c)各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに
d)該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路
を含んで成り、そして
e)4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、2本のデータライン、2本のパワーライン及び2本のセレクトラインを含み、該2本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有される
ことを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイス。 - 発光画素を有する4色有機発光デバイスであって、
a)基板;
b)ロウとコラムをなして配列された複数画素であって、各画素が、該基板上に配置された4つの副画素からなる群を含み、かつ、各副画素が、間隔を置いて配置された第1電極及び第2電極を含む複数画素;
c)各副画素の第1電極と第2電極との間に配置された有機EL媒体;並びに
d)該基板上の該有機EL媒体に対し配置され、かつ、4つの副画素からなる各群を駆動するように配列された駆動回路であって、各副画素に対応する第1電極への電気接続を有する駆動回路
を含んで成り、そして
e)4つの副画素からなる各群に対する該駆動回路が、2本のデータライン、1本のパワーライン及び2本のセレクトラインを含み、該2本のデータラインが画素配列のコラム毎に共有され、かつ、該セレクトラインが画素配列のロウ毎に共有される
ことを特徴とする4色有機発光デバイス。 - 該パワーラインが画素配列の複数のロウにより共有される、請求項8に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
- 該駆動回路が副画素毎にキャパシタ及び2以上のトランジスタを含む、請求項8に記載の4色有機発光デバイス。
