Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water barrier device for a pipe wall used for blocking and bypassing the water flow flowing in the pipe pipe when inspecting and repairing the inside of the pipe pipe buried in the ground such as a sewer pipe. And, it relates to a temporary waterway device in a pipe tub using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when inspecting the interior of a sewer pipe or performing repair work, the sewage flowing through the bottom of the pipe will interfere with the work. Is pumped up to the ground with a pump, and the sewage is bypassed to the outside of the pipe by discharging it to the manhole on the downstream side of the construction section through a hose laid on the ground.
However, in this method of bypassing sewage to the ground, it is necessary to install a large-capacity pump and hose before inspecting or repairing the inside of the pipe, so the entire construction becomes large and the construction cost increases. There is a drawback.
[0003]
Therefore, by fixing the water barrier device capable of blocking sewage to the lower part of the cross section of the pipe, the pipe is repaired so that the working space is secured by bypassing the sewage within the pipe cross section. A construction method has already been proposed. The water blocking wall used in the repair method is formed in a size capable of blocking the water flow flowing in the lower cross section of the pipe rod and has a water blocking edge having an outer peripheral edge capable of being pressure-tightly crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. A wall, a water passage formed so as to penetrate through the water blocking wall in the front and back direction, and a fixing means for fixing the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall in a state of being crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. (See Patent Document 1).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional water blocking wall device, a turnbuckle-type tightening member that can be expanded and contracted is employed as a fixing means. Conventionally, the fastening member is installed in the pipe so as to pass through the center of the pipe and is extended with a turnbuckle, so that one central portion in the width direction of the water blocking wall is outside the diameter of the pipe. By pressing in the direction, the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod.
[0006]
However, in this way, when applying a load that presses one central part in the width direction of the water blocking wall with a single fastening member, the central part of the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall is strongly pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall. Even if it is possible, the pressure on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod gradually decreases as it reaches both end portions of the outer peripheral edge. For this reason, in the case of the conventional water blocking wall device, the seal of the sewage by the water blocking wall is incomplete and water leakage is likely to occur, and the sewage enters the construction section surrounded by the water blocking wall device, and the pipe There is an inconvenience that it is difficult to perform inspection or repair work in the cage.
[0007]
In addition, conventionally, since the fastening member is installed in the pipe along the center line in the width direction of the pipe, when the worker enters and exits the construction section across the water blocking wall, the fastening member is obstructive. In this respect as well, there is a disadvantage that the efficiency of inspection or repair work in the pipe is deteriorated.
[0008]
In view of such circumstances, a first object of the present invention is to improve the work efficiency of inspection or repair work in a pipe so that sewage can be sealed more completely by a water blocking wall.
Moreover, this invention makes it the 2nd objective to improve the work efficiency of the inspection or repair work in a pipe rod so that the fixing means of a water stop wall may not become obstructive when entering / exiting a construction area.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following technical means.
That is, the present invention provides a water blocking wall having an outer peripheral edge that is formed in a size capable of blocking the water flow flowing through the lower section of the pipe rod and can be pressure-tightly crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. A water stop for a pipe rod provided with a water passage port formed so as to penetrate the water stop wall in the front and back direction, and a fixing means for pressing the outer peripheral edge of the water stop wall to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. In the wall device, the fixing means applies a load to the water blocking wall at a plurality of left and right action points as viewed from the center line in the width direction of the inner hollow section of the pipe rod.
[0010]
According to the above-mentioned present invention, the fixing means applies a load to the water stop wall at a plurality of points of symmetry that are symmetric when viewed from the center line in the width direction of the inner cross section of the pipe rod. Both end portions can be pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod with a strong pressure almost equal to that of the central portion of the outer peripheral edge, and the sewage can be sealed more completely by the water blocking wall.
[0011]
In the present invention, the fixing means is not limited to a specific structure as long as it has the above-described action. For example, the fixing means is based on the difference between the inner peripheral length of the pipe rod and the outer peripheral edge length of the water blocking wall. An elastically deformable fixing band having substantially the same length, and band receiving portions provided at both ends in the width direction of the water blocking wall so that the longitudinal ends of the fixing band can be removably inserted. can do.
In this case, when both longitudinal ends of the fixed band are inserted into the band receiving portions of the water blocking wall and then the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the band is raised, the fixed band becomes an arch shape along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. This state is maintained by elastic deformation. Both longitudinal ends of the arch-shaped fixing band apply a load downward to both widthwise ends of the water blocking wall, whereby the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall. become.
[0012]
When the fixing means comprising the fixing band is employed, if the fixing band is elastically deformed to apply a load to the water blocking wall, an arch shape is formed along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. Although the inner cross section of the pipe rod is affected by that amount, the fixed band does not get in the way when the worker enters and exits the construction section across the water blocking wall.
In addition, when a fixing means including a fixing band is employed, it is preferable to provide a handle portion at the center in the longitudinal direction of the fixing band. If such a handle portion is provided, the arch shape of the fixed band is broken by simply pulling the handle portion downward with respect to the fixed band held in an arch shape along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. Since the tension force caused by can be released, the removal work of the water blocking wall becomes extremely simple.
[0013]
In the present invention, the fixing means may be constituted by a fastening member having a structure that fits in an area closed by the water blocking wall in the cross section of the pipe rod. Extendable between a stretchable main strut that presses both ends of the outer peripheral edge against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod, and a midway portion in the longitudinal direction of the main strut material and a midway portion of the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall It can be composed of a stretchable sub-strut material.
[0014]
In this case, when the main strut material and the sub-stretch material are attached to the water stop wall and extended, both ends of the outer peripheral edge of the water stop wall are pressed by the main strut material in the radially outward direction of the pipe rod, and the water stop A midway portion of the outer peripheral edge of the wall is pressed in the radially outward direction of the pipe rod, whereby the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod. And when adopting the fixing means consisting of the tightening member, it is assembled into a structure that fits within the area blocked by the water blocking wall in the cross section of the pipe rod. The fastening member does not get in the way when entering and exiting.
[0015]
On the other hand, in the present invention, if a foam material region extending in the circumferential direction of the pipe wall is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall, even if moisture tries to pass through cracks and irregularities generated on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall. And the said foam material area | region crimps | crimps to the inner peripheral surface of a pipe rod without gap, and a leak is prevented, Thereby, the water stop effect of the sewage by a water stop wall can be improved.
Further, in the present invention, if a plurality of water stopping ridges extending in the circumferential direction of the pipe rod are provided on the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall, the above-mentioned stoppage is provided even if the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod has cracks or irregularities. The water ridges are crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod without any gap, thereby improving the water stopping effect of the sewage by the water blocking wall.
Furthermore, in the present invention, if an expansion agent that reacts with moisture to increase its volume is provided at the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall, even if there are cracks or irregularities on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall, The expansion agent that has increased in volume by reaction is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod without any gap, thereby improving the water stopping effect of the sewage by the water blocking wall.
[0016]
The water stop wall device according to the present invention is arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of the construction section in the pipe trough, and the water flow ports provided in the water stop wall of these water stop wall devices are connected to each other by a bypass pipe line. By doing so, it is possible to configure a temporary waterway device in the pipe rod that secures a work space by bypassing sewage within the cross section of the pipe rod.
And in such a temporary waterway device, if the bypass pipe line is composed of a flexible hose member whose center axis can be bent, the hose member can be placed within the construction section partitioned by the water blocking wall device. By moving the pipe rod in the width direction, almost the entire inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod can be exposed, and the area that cannot be inspected or repaired due to the presence of the hose member can be minimized or eliminated. .
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show a water blocking wall device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows a temporary water channel device 3 constructed in a sewer pipe 2 using the water blocking wall device 1. Show. As shown in FIG. 3, the temporary waterway device 3 according to the present embodiment constitutes a temporary waterway 2 that bypasses sewage within the cross section of the horizontal pipe 2 connected to the manhole vertical pipe 4. This is to secure a working space for inspecting or repairing the inner peripheral surface of the steel.
[0018]
That is, the temporary waterway device 3 is provided on the water stop wall device 1 disposed on the upstream side and the downstream side of a predetermined construction section in the pipe rod 2 and the water stop wall 6 of the water stop wall device 1. By connecting all of the sewage blocked by the upstream water stop wall device 1 to the bypass conduit 5, the bypass conduit 5 is connected to the bypass conduit 5. A work space is secured outside.
In the present embodiment, the bypass pipe line 5 is made of a hose member having such a flexibility that the center axis can be bent, and more specifically, a bellows hose whose outer peripheral wall is a bellows structure 5A. It has been adopted. For this reason, by moving the hose member in the width direction of the pipe rod 2 in the construction section partitioned by the water blocking wall device 1, almost the entire inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 can be exposed.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water blocking wall device 1 is formed to have a size capable of blocking a water flow flowing through the lower cross section of a pipe rod 2 having a circular cross section, and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2. A water stop wall 6 having an outer peripheral edge that can be pressure-tightly crimped to the water stop, a water passage port 7 formed so as to penetrate the water stop wall 6 in the front and back direction, and the outer peripheral edge of the water stop wall 6 And fixing means 8 for crimping the inner peripheral surface. In addition, the water blocking wall 6 of this embodiment is dimensionally designed so that material can be carried in even from a manhole having an inner diameter of 600 mm.
[0020]
The water blocking wall 6 includes a semicircular water blocking plate portion 10 that is formed to be approximately half the size of the inner hollow cross section of the pipe rod 2 and an outer peripheral flange that protrudes from the circumferential edge of the water blocking plate portion 10. The portion 11 is integrally provided, and is made of a hard plastic (for example, a hard urethane resin) that is relatively easily elastically deformed. The outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 constitutes the outer peripheral edge of the water blocking wall 6, and the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 can be watertightly crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2. The sealing means 12 for becoming is provided.
[0021]
FIGS. 1B to 1D show variations of the sealing means 12 that can be employed in the water blocking wall 6 of this embodiment.
Among these, the sealing means 12 shown in FIG. 1B is configured by sticking a foam material region 13 made of a sponge or the like extending in the circumferential direction of the pipe rod 2 to the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral flange portion 11. For this reason, even if moisture tries to pass through the cracks and irregularities generated on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2, the foam material region 13 is crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 without any gaps, thereby preventing leakage. The water stop effect of the sewage by the water stop wall 6 can be improved.
[0022]
On the other hand, the sealing means 12 shown in FIG. 1C is configured by forming a plurality of water stopping ridges 14 extending in the circumferential direction of the pipe rod 2 on the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral flange portion 11. For this reason, even if the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 has cracks or irregularities, the water stopping ridge 14 is crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 without any gap, and thereby the water stop effect of the sewage by the water blocking wall 6. Can be improved.
[0023]
Further, the sealing means 12 shown in FIG. 1 (d) is provided with an expansion agent 15 (for example, water-swelling rubber or water-stopping urethane) whose volume is increased by reacting with moisture and foaming or swelling, and the outer periphery of the outer peripheral flange portion 11. It is comprised by apply | coating to a surface. For this reason, even if there are cracks or irregularities on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2, the expansion agent 15 whose volume has increased by reacting with the moisture of the sewage is pressed onto the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 without any gaps, thereby stopping. The water stop effect of the sewage by the water wall 6 can be improved. Note that the expansion agent 15 may be applied to the inner peripheral surface side of the tube 2.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, a connection flange 16 constituting the water passage 7 is integrally projected at the center of the water blocking wall 6, and the end of the bypass pipe line 5 is formed on the connection flange 16. Can be connected together.
The fixing means 8 of the present embodiment applies a load to both ends in the width direction of the water blocking wall 6 that is symmetric when viewed from the center line in the width direction of the inner hollow section of the pipe rod 2. A fixed band 17 made of a hard plastic spring plate having substantially the same width as that of the outer peripheral flange portion 11, and both ends of the water blocking wall 6 in the width direction so that the longitudinal ends of the fixed band 17 can be detachably inserted. It is comprised from the band receiving part 18 provided in the part.
[0025]
Among these, the fixed band 17 is made of a plate material that is elastically deformable in the thickness direction, and is formed to have a length substantially equal to the difference between the inner peripheral length of the pipe rod 2 and the outer peripheral edge length of the water blocking wall 6. . As shown in FIG. 2A, a U-shaped handle portion 19 is provided at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the fixed band 17. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C, the band receiving portion 18 is configured by fixing a plate piece to the inner surface of the upper end portion of the outer peripheral flange portion 11.
[0026]
Next, the usage method and effect | action of the water blocking wall apparatus 1 which concerns on the said structure are demonstrated.
First, in order to fix the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment inside the pipe rod 2, the water blocking wall 6 is installed in the lower half portion of the pipe rod 2, and then both longitudinal ends of the fixing band 17 are water stopped. What is necessary is just to raise the longitudinal direction center part of the band 17 after inserting in each band receiving part 18 of the wall 6. FIG.
Then, the fixed band 17 (refer to the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2A) in which the central portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed toward the inner side of the tube rod 2 is an arch type along the inner peripheral surface of the tube rod 2. (See the dashed line in FIG. 2A), and this state is maintained.
[0027]
And the longitudinal direction both ends of this arch type fixed band 17 apply a load downward with respect to the width direction both ends of the water stop wall 6, and, thereby, the outer periphery (outer peripheral flange part 11) of the water stop wall 6 is a pipe rod. 2 is crimped to the inner peripheral surface.
At this time, according to the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment, the fixing band 17 is loaded at both ends in the width direction of the water blocking wall 6 that is symmetric when viewed from the center line in the width direction of the inner cross section of the pipe rod 2. Therefore, both ends of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the water blocking wall 6 are pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall 2 with a stronger pressure than in the conventional case where a load is applied to one central portion in the width direction of the water blocking wall 2. The sewage can be sealed more completely by the water blocking wall 6.
[0028]
Further, according to the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment, when the fixing band 17 is elastically deformed in order to apply a load to the water blocking wall 6, it becomes an arch shape along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2. Although the inner cross section of the pipe rod 2 is eroded by the thickness of the fixed band 17, the fixed band 17 does not get in the way when an operator enters and exits the construction section across the water blocking wall 6. .
[0029]
On the other hand, in order to release the fixing of the water blocking wall device 1 to the pipe rod 2, a fixing band 17 that is held in an arch shape along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 2A). On the other hand, the handle portion 19 is pulled downward to break the arch shape of the fixed band 17 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2A). In this state, the longitudinal end of the fixed band 17 is the band receiving portion. It may be extracted from 18.
Thus, according to the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment, simply pulling the handle portion 19 of the fixed band 17 downward can break the arch shape of the fixed band 17 and release the tension force by the band 17. Therefore, there is also an advantage that the work of removing the water blocking wall 6 is extremely simple.
[0030]
FIG. 4 shows the water blocking wall device 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
The water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a fastening member 23 composed of a stretchable main strut 21 and a substretch 22 is employed as the fixing means 8. is there.
The fastening member 23 includes a stretchable main tension member 21 that presses both end portions of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the water blocking wall 6 against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2, a longitudinal halfway portion of the main tension member 21, It is comprised from the elastic sub-strut material 22 constructed between the middle part of the outer periphery flange part 11, and as shown in FIG. 4, these members 21 and 22 are in the cross section of the pipe rod 2. As shown in FIG. It is assembled in a structure that fits within the area blocked by the water blocking wall 6.
[0031]
The main tension member 21 includes a main pipe 24 having a circular cross section, and a tension rod 25 that is coaxially and endlessly screwed to the end of the main pipe 24. On the other hand, the sub-stretching material 22 includes a fixed bracket 26 fixed to the middle portion of the main pipe 24, a swing pipe 27 pivotally attached to the bracket 26, and an end portion of the swing pipe 27. And a tension rod 28 which is coaxial and is screwed so as to be freely retractable.
The fixing bracket 26 includes a cylindrical portion that is externally fitted so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the main pipe 24, and the front end of a fixing bolt 29 that penetrates the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion contacts the main pipe 24. By doing so, positioning with respect to the main pipe 24 can be performed.
[0032]
According to the water stop wall device 1 of the present embodiment, when the main strut material 21 and the sub strut material 22 are attached to the water stop wall 6 set in the lower half part of the pipe rod 2 and extended, the main strut material 21 Thus, both end portions of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the water blocking wall 6 are pressed in the radially outward direction of the pipe rod 2, and at the same time, the midway portion of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the water blocking wall 6 is moved outward in the radial direction of the pipe rod 2. This presses the outer peripheral flange portion 1 of the water blocking wall 6 against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2.
[0033]
Thus, according to the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment, the tension members 21 and 22 constituting the tightening member 23 are symmetric when viewed from the center line in the width direction of the inner cross section of the pipe rod 2. Since the load is applied to a plurality of locations on the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the water blocking wall 6 in the state, the water blocking is performed as compared with the conventional case in which the load is applied to one central portion in the width direction of the water blocking wall 6. Both end portions of the outer peripheral flange portion 11 of the wall 2 can be pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe rod 2 with a stronger pressure, and the sewage can be sealed more completely by the water blocking wall 6.
[0034]
Further, according to the water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment, the fastening member 23 composed of the main strut material 21 and the sub strut material 22 is in the area where it is blocked by the water blocking wall 6 in the cross section of the pipe rod 2. Therefore, when the worker enters and exits the construction section across the water blocking wall 6, the fastening member 23 does not get in the way.
[0035]
FIG. 5 shows the water blocking wall device 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
The water blocking wall device 1 of the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the cross-sectional shape of the pipe rod 2 is not circular but is substantially composed of a curved bottom surface 31, left and right side surfaces 32, 32, and a top surface 33. It is a rectangle, and the shape of the water blocking wall 6 is formed in a shape that substantially coincides with the lower half portion of the pipe rod 2 having such a rectangular cross section.
The fixing means 8 of the third embodiment employs a fastening member 23 composed of a stretchable main strut material 21 and a substretch material 22, and this point is the same as in the second embodiment. The same reference numerals are given and detailed description of the structure is omitted.
[0036]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, the fixing means by the fixing band 17 of the first embodiment is also applied to the water blocking wall 6 used in the pipe rod 2 having a rectangular cross section shown in FIG. 8 can also be adopted.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the sewage can be sealed more completely by the water blocking wall, the work efficiency of the inspection or repair work in the pipe can be improved.
[0038]
In addition, according to the present invention, the fixing means of the water blocking wall does not get in the way when entering or leaving the construction section, so that in this respect as well, the work efficiency of inspection or repair work in the pipe can be improved.
