Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.発電機、例えば内燃機関によって駆動可能な三相発電機の制御の方法であ って、 励磁磁界を発生するための界磁コイルを有し、該界磁コイルには制御器によっ て閉ループ制御可能な界磁電流(IF)が流れ、さらに固定子コイルを有し、該 固定子コイルに磁束変化によって交流電圧を誘起し、該交流電圧は電流を発生し 、該電流は整流器を介して負荷に導かれる、発電機、例えば内燃機関によって駆 動可能な三相発電機の制御の方法において、 前記制御器(15)は前記発電機の界磁巻線に界磁電流(IF)を供給し、該 界磁電流(IF)は選択可能な発電機回転数領域において閉ループ制御されない ままであり、このため前記発電機はこの場合非閉ループ制御動作で動作し、さら にこの場合電圧変換器が前記発電機から供給される非閉ループ制御電圧を所定の 値に変換することを特徴とする、発電機、例えば内燃機関によって駆動可能な三 相発電機の制御の方法。 2.非閉ループ制御発電機動作に対する選択可能な発電機回転数領域を高い回 転数及び/又は低い回転数によって限定し、該高い回転数及び/又は低い回転数は 、発電機電圧が自動車用搭載電源電圧に相応する場合の回転数に相応することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の発電機の制御の方法。 3.閉ループ制御されない界磁電流による非閉ループ制御発電機動作から閉ル ープ制御された発電機動作への移行を制御器によって惹起し、該制御器に動作方 式の選択のために必要な動作パラメータを供給し、前記制御器は必要とされる制 御信号を送出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の発電機の制御の方法。 4.制御は効率を最適化するように実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜3ま でのうちの1項記載の発電機の制御の方法。 5.閉ループ制御された界磁電流による発電機動作の間には電圧変換器を橋絡 することを特徴とする請求項1〜4までのうちの1項記載の発電機の制御の方法 。 6.発電機を小さい回転数の場合には非閉ループ制御動作で動作し、送出され る電圧をアップ設定器として接続されたDC/DC変換器において自動車用搭載 電源電圧にまで高め、さらに比較的高い回転数の場合には閉ループ制御された動 作に移行することを特徴とする請求項1〜5までのうちの1項記載の発電機の制 御の方法。 7.発電機を専ら非閉ループ制御発電機動作によって動作し、発電機出力電圧 を低い回転数領域では上昇させ、高い回転数領域では低減し、電圧変換を電圧変 換器によって行い、該電圧変換器はアップ設定器及び/又はダウン設定器として 動作することを特徴とする 請求項1〜6までのうちの1項記載の発電機の制御の方法。 8.異なる巻線方式の発電機を使用し、該異なる巻線方式の発電機の出力電圧 は常に自動車用搭載電源よりも上にあり、前記発電機から供給される電圧を発電 機回転数には依存せずにダウン設定器として作用する直流電圧変換器によって低 減することを特徴とする請求項1〜7までのうちの1項記載の発電機の制御の方 法。
