Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多成分材料特にペースト状の化粧品を生成するために複数の成分を分配 するようになされたエーロゾル容器であって、分配アセンブリ、並びに、分配す べき成分のための主容器(1)及び1又はそれ以上の別個の補助容器(2)を少 なくとも備えており、前記1又はそれ以上の補助容器(2)は、前記主容器(1 )の中に収容されていると共に、前記分配アセンブリと一緒に前記主容器(1) から取り外すことができるようになされており、前記分配アセンブリは、分配す べき前記成分を前記容器(1、2)から1又はそれ以上の分配開口(33、34 ;54;96、98;121)へ圧送するためのピストンポンプ(5、23;9 0、91;110)を含んでおり、これらピストンポンプ(5、23;90、9 1;110)を作動させるための共通の制御部品(4)が設けられており、前記 ピストンポンプ(5、23;90、91;110)は、入口及び出口を有するピ ストンチャンバ(7、25;92、66;170)と、該ピストンチャンバ(5 、23;90、91;110)の中で運動可能なピストン(8、26、93、1 07、117)とを含んでおり、前記ピストンポンプ(5、23;90、91; 110)の前記ピストンチャンバ(7、25;92、66;170)の入口及び 出口には逆止弁が設けられており、前記補助容器(2)に接続されている前記ピ ストンポンプ(5、23;90、91;110)の前記ピストンチャンバ(7、 25;92、66;170)の中の少なくとも1つのピストンチャンバの入口に 設けられる逆止弁は、ボール逆止弁の形態を有しており、前記補助容器(2)の 中の少なくとも1つの補助容器は、可変容積を有する容器の形態を有するように 構成されたこと、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 2. 請求項1に記載のエーロゾル容器において、当該エーロゾル容器は、一 つの補助容器(2)を備えていること、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 3. 請求項2に記載のエーロゾル容器において、関係するポンプは、ポンプ のストローク当たりに分配される主成分の体積と補助成分の体積と の間の比が少なくとも1:1であるように構成されていること、を特徴とするエ ーロゾル容器。 4. 請求項3に記載のエーロゾル容器において、ポンプのストローク当たり 分配される主成分の体積と補助成分の体積との間の比が少なくとも10:1であ るように構成されたこと、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 5. 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一に記載のエーロゾル容器において、一つの 容器に接続されたピストンポンプ(5、23;90、91;110)のピストン チャンバ(7、25;92、66;170)の入口に設けられる各々の逆止弁が 、ボール逆止弁から構成されていること、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 6. 多成分フォーム材料、特に、ペースト状の化粧品フォームを生成するた めに複数のフオーム状の成分を分配するためのエーロゾル容器であって、成分を 分配するための分配アセンブリ、主容器(1)及び1又はそれ以上の補助容器( 2)を少なくとも備えており、前記分配アセンブリは、分配される成分を前記容 器(1、2)から1又はそれ以上の分配開口(121)へ搬送するための分配手 段を含んでおり、該分配手段を作動させるための制御部品(4)が設けられてい ると同時に、空気圧送手段、混合手段及び発泡手段も設けられており、これによ り、前記成分の分配及び発泡を行わせる前に、前記成分を空気と混合してフォー ムを形成するように構成されたこと、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 7. 請求項6に記載のエーロゾル容器において、前記分配アセンブリ、前記 主容器(1)及び前記1又はそれ以上の補助容器(2)は、請求項1乃至5のい ずれか一に定義したように構成されたこと、を特徴とするエーロゾル容器。 8. 請求項7に記載のエーロゾル容器において、前記空気圧送手段は、ピス トンポンプ(110)の形態を有しており、このピストンポンプは、残りのピス トンポンプと同心円状に配列されていると共に、一つの成分としての空気を複数 の液体成分と混合させてフォームを形成するように構成されたこと、を特徴とす るエーロゾル容器。 9. 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一に記載のエーロゾル容器に使用され るように構成されたこと、を特徴とする補助容器。 10. 請求項9に記載の補助容器において、前記分配アセンブリに接続するこ とにより破断することのできる破断可能な隔膜(145)を備えること、を特徴 とする補助容器。 11. 請求項10に記載の補助容器において、当該補助容器(2)は、その内 容物に応じて、前記分配アセンブリに対して独特の接続を行うことができるよう に構成されたこと、を特徴とする補助容器。 12. 請求項11に記載の補助容器において、当該補助容器(2)の前記分配 手段に接続される部分の寸法がその内容物に応じて独特の寸法になされること、 を特徴とする補助容器。 13. 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一に記載のエーロゾル容器に使用されるよう に構成されたこと、を特徴とする分配アセンブリ。 14. 請求項13に記載の分配アセンブリにおいて、当該分配アセンブリに接 続される補助容器(2)の隔膜(145)を破断する手段を備えること、を特徴 とする分配アセンブリ。
