Claims (15)
1. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu koji pripomaže funkcioniranju srca kao crpke vršenjem vanjske sile na srce, pri čemu navedeni usadivi uređaj sadrži:
• prvi učvršćujući element (241), prilagođen za pričvršćivanje navedenog uređaja na prsnu kost,
• drugi učvršćujući element (185),
• najmanje jedan spojni krak (244), i
• najmanje jedan uređaj srčane crpke (3),
pri čemu je navedeni spojni krak konfiguriran za stupanje u kontakt s navedenim drugim učvršćujućim elementom i navedenim uređajem srčane crpke, te
pri čemu je navedeni drugi učvršćujući element konfiguriran da se može pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element radi mijenjanja položaja navedenog uređaja srčane crpke.
2. Usadivi uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu se navedeni spojni krak može u najmanju ruku:
• rotacijski pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element, po najmanje jednoj osi,
• linearno pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element, po najmanje jednoj osi,
• pomicati u odnosu na prvi navedeni učvršćujući element po u najmanju ruku prvoj i drugoj osi,
• rotacijski pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element, po najmanje jednoj od najmanje dvije osi,
• linearno pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element, po najmanje jednoj od najmanje dvije osi,
• linearno ili rotacijski pomicati po prvoj osi, te linearno ili rotacijski pomicati po drugoj osi, u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element,
• pomicati u odnosu na prvi navedeni učvršćujući element po u najmanju ruku prvoj, drugoj i trećoj osi.
3. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu navedeni usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu dodatno sadrži zabravljujući element, prilagođen za zabravljivanje navedenog drugog učvršćujućeg elementa na mjestu u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element.

Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedeni spojni krak savinut kako bi mogao doći u kontakt s navedenim prvim učvršćujućim elementom kada je pričvršćen na prednjoj strani prsne kosti i za stupanje u kontakt s navedenim uređajem srčane crpke koji se nalazi na stražnjoj strani prsnog koša.
5. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu navedeni prvi učvršćujući element sadrži prvu ploču, prilagođenu za pričvršćivanje na prsnu kost, te pri čemu navedeni drugi učvršćujući element sadrži drugu ploču, prilagođenu za pričvršćivanje na prsnu kost.

Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedeni spojni krak prilagođen za, kada je usađen, postavljanje kroz ošit, čime pripomaže kod učvršćivanja uređaja srčane crpke koji se nalazi na prsnoj strani ošita, pri čemu navedeni uređaj dodatno sadrži najmanje jedan od radnog uređaja prilagođenog za stavljanje u trbuh ljudskog pacijenta.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu navedeni uređaj za pripomoć srcu može tako raditi da mijenja položaj vanjske sile koju se vrši na srce.
8. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, pri čemu navedeni uređaj za pripomoć srcu može tako raditi da upotrebljava usadivi motor koji je motor kojeg se bira između:
• električnog motora,
• magnetskog motora, koji sadrži prvi dio koji sadrži namote, te drugi dio koji sadrži magnete, prilagođen za stvaranje sile uzastopnim napajanjem navedenih namota u sprezi s magnetima,
• elektromagneta,
• hidrauličnog motora,
• pneumatskog motora, te
• servomotor.
9. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedeni najmanje jedan učvršćujući element prilagođen za pričvršćivanje navedenog uređaja na stražnju stranu prsne kosti uz pomoć najmanje jedan od: najmanje jednog vijka, najmanje jedne slijepe zakovice, te najmanje jednog prolaznog uređenja, prilagođenog za najmanje jedno od: pričvršćivanje navedenog uređaja na stražnju koru prsne kosti, pričvršćivanje navedenog uređaja i na stražnju i na prednju koru navedene prsne kosti, te pričvršćivanje navedenog usadivog uređaja za pripomoć srcu na prsnu kost u više točaka.
10. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedeni spojni krak u kontaktu s navedenim drugim učvršćujućim elementom i navedenim uređajem srčane crpke, te pri čemu se navedeni drugi učvršćujući element može pomicati u odnosu na navedeni prvi učvršćujući element radi kalibriranja lokacije vanjske sile koju se primjenjuje na srce ljudskog pacijenta.
11. Usadivi uređaj za pripomoć srcu u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, pri čemu navedeni prvi i drugi učvršćujući element su prilagođeni za međusobno spajanje na suprotnim stranama prsne kosti.
12. Usadivi uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu učvršćujući element sadrži najmanje jedno od: keramičkog materijala, titanija, te nehrđajućeg čelika.
13. Usadivi uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je navedeni usadivi uređaj prilagođen za vršenje vanjske sile na najmanje jednu od:
• lijeve srčane klijetke,
• dvije različite strane lijeve srčane klijetke,
• desne srčane klijetke,
• dvije različite strane desne srčane klijetke.
14. Usadivi uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji dodatno sadrži sustav koji sadrži unutarnji prijemnik energije, prilagođen za neinvazivno i bežično napajanje iz uređaja za odašiljanje energije na vanjskoj strani pacijentovog tijela, prilagođen za odašiljanje bežične energije najmanje jednom od:
• usadivog unutarnjeg izvora energije kojeg sadrži sustav, kojeg se može puniti energijom koju odašilje uređaj za odašiljanje energije, te
• najmanje jedne usadive komponente sustava koja troši energiju, prilagođenoj za najmanje jedno od:
• izravne upotrebe bežične energije u njezinom bežičnom stanju, te
• upotrebe energije kojom je napaja uređaj za pretvorbu energije kojeg sadrži sustav, prilagođen za prijem bežične energije.
15. Usadivi uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
koji sadrži senzor i/ili mjerni uređaj detektira ili mjeri najmanje jedan od: najmanje jednog fizičkog parametra pacijenta, te najmanje jedan funkcionalni parametar koji se odnosi na uređaj, koji uključuje najmanje jedno od: funkcionalnog parametra u korelaciji s prijenosom energije za punjenje unutarnjeg izvora energije, u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, te bilo kojeg drugog funkcionalnog parametra koji se odnosi na uređaj, pri čemu
uređaj dodatno sadrži uzvratni uređaj, koji odašilje povratne informacije iz unutrašnjosti pacijentovog tijela prema najmanje jednom od:
– usadivoj unutarnjoj upravljačkoj jedinici koju sadrži uređaj, te
– vanjštini pacijentovog tijela, pri čemu
povratne informacije se odnose na najmanje jedno od: najmanje jednog fizičkog parametra pacijenta i najmanje jednog funkcionalnog parametra koji se odnosi na uređaj.
