Claims (16)
1. Sustav mobilne komunikacije gdje uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100) ACK ili NACK za Hibridni Automatski ponovljeni zahtjev HARQ za podatke silazne veze, pri čemu
uređaj bazne stanice (100) odašilje korištenjem kontrolnog kanala fizičke silazne veze, prema uređaju mobilne stanice (200), informacije o raspoređivanju blokova resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, blokovi resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze definirani su kao simboli u vremenskoj domeni i pod-nosači u frekvencijskoj domeni, te
uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK istovremeno sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa dodijeljenim za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, naznačen time da
se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa izračunava na temelju informacije.
2. Sustav mobilne komunikacije prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne prelazi prethodno određenu količinu.
3. Sustav mobilne komunikacije prema zahtjevu 1. naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne padne ispod prethodno određene količine.
4. Sustav mobilne komunikacije prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačen time da je prethodno određena količina postavljena od strane radio signala kontrole resursa koji odašilje uređaj bazne stanice (100).
5. Uređaj mobilne stanice (200) za mobilni komunikacijski sustav gdje uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK za Hibridni Automatski ponovljeni zahtjev HARQ za podatke silazne veze, koji sadrži:
sredstva za prijem, od uređaja bazne stanice (100) korištenjem kontrolnog kanala fizičke silazne veze, informacije o raspoređivanju blokova resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, blokovi resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze definirani su kao simboli u vremenskoj domeni i pod-nosači u frekvencijskoj domeni, te
sredstva za odašiljanje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK istovremeno sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa dodijeljenim za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, naznačen time da
se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se odašilju istovremeno sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa izračunava na temelju informacije.
6. Uređaj mobilne stanice (200) prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne prelazi prethodno određenu količinu.
7. Uređaj mobilne stanice (200) prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne padne ispod prethodno određene količine.
8. Uređaj bazne stanice (100) za mobilni komunikacijski sustav gdje uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK za Hibridni Automatski ponovljeni zahtjev HARQ za podatke silazne veze, koji sadrži:
sredstva za odašiljanje korištenjem kontrolnog kanala fizičke silazne veze, prema uređaju mobilne stanice (200), informacije o raspoređivanju blokova resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, blokovi resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze definirani su kao simboli u vremenskoj domeni i pod-nosači u frekvencijskoj domeni, te
sredstva za prijem, od uređaja mobilne stanice (200), ACK ili NACK se odašilju istovremeno sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa dodijeljenim za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, naznačen time da
se količina resursa za ACK i NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa izračunava, na temelju informacije.
9. Uređaj bazne stanice (100) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne prelazi unaprijed određenu količinu.
10. Uređaj bazne stanice (100) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne padne ispod unaprijed određene količine.
11. Komunikacijski postupak uređaja mobilne stanice (200) za mobilni komunikacijski sustav gdje uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK za Hibridni Automatski ponovljeni zahtjev HARQ za podatke silazne veze, koji sadrži korake:
prijema korištenjem kontrolnog kanala fizičke silazne veze, od uređaja bazne stanice (100), informacije o raspoređivanju blokova resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, blokovi resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze definirani su kao simboli u vremenskoj domeni i pod-nosači u frekvencijskoj domeni, te
odašiljanje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK istovremeno sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa dodijeljenim za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, naznačen time da
se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa se izračunava na temelju informacije.
12. Komunikacijski postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da se izračunavanje količine resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne prelazi prethodno određenu količinu.
13. Komunikacijski postupak prema zahtjevu 11, da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne padne ispod prethodno određene količine.
14. Komunikacijski postupak za uređaj bazne stanice (100) za mobilni komunikacijski sustav gdje uređaj mobilne stanice (200) odašilje, prema uređaju bazne stanice (100), ACK ili NACK za Hibridni Automatski ponovljeni zahtjev HARQ za podatke silazne veze, koji sadrži korake:
odašiljanje korištenjem kontrolnog kanala fizičke silazne veze, prema uređaju mobilne stanice (200), informacije o raspoređivanju blokova resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, blokovi resursa za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze definirani su kao simboli u vremenskoj domeni i pod-nosači u frekvencijskoj domeni, te
prijem, od uređaja mobilne stanice (200), ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima na blokovima resursa dodijeljenim za dijeljeni kanal fizičke uzlazne veze, naznačen time da
se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK izračunava na temelju informacije.
15. Komunikacijski postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne prelazi unaprijed određenu količinu.
16. Komunikacijski postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se količina resursa za ACK ili NACK koji se istovremeno odašilju sa odlaznim podacima izračunava tako da količina resursa ne padne ispod unaprijed određene količine.
