Abstract

The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 872,391, but the claims are concerned with controlling the rate of yeast propagation in relation to the temperature and degree of agitation of the fermenting wort and to the yeast concentration therein, to obtain a desired pH in the finished beer.
