Abstract
The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 872,391, but the claims are concerned with sufficiently agitating the fermenting wort and yeast to ensure substantially continuous homogeneity and controlling the rate of yeast propagation in relation to the temperature, the degree of agitation and the yeast concentration so as to obtain a desired resistance to bacterial growth in the finished beer.
