Abstract
A heat and creep resistant titanium-base alloy has the following composition: Al 8.5-12. per cent, V 3.5-12.5 per cent, Ti balance. In addition up to 5 per cent in total of at least one of the following may be added: Ag, Cu, Co, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, In, Sn, Ta, Zr, Nb, Mo. Specification 809,587 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 782,564.
