Abstract

1- Packaging intended for pharmaceutical products (3) such as tablets, capsules, lozenges or the like prepackaged in protective packaging plates (2) or blisters each of which comprises a plurality of thermoformed cells (4) capable of receiving each a pharmaceutical product (3), an aluminum foil (5) or the like being heat sealed on each plate (2) so as to form lids (5a) which hermetically seal the products (3) in their respective cells (4), characterized in that it consists of a case (1) intended to contain a protective packaging plate (2), outside of which the pharmaceutical products (3) are capable of being ejected and essentially comprising two half-shells namely a lower half-shell (6) and an upper half-shell (7) designed as a cover adaptable to the lower half-shell (6) so as to close the case (1), extraction orifices there (10) present in a number equal to that of the cells (4) of the packaging plate (2) considered being formed on the bottom (9) of this lower half-shell (6) arranged so that each of its extraction orifices (10) is disposed on the ejection path out of the case (1) of one of the products (3) of the packaging plate contained therein and of which the aluminum foil (5) is turned towards the bottom (9) of the lower half-shell (6), the dimensions and the shape of each extraction orifice (10) being chosen so as to allow the product (3) considered to pass to the across it, and in that the upper half-shell (7) forming a cover is equipped with means for ejecting (II) the products (3) from the case (1), each of which is associated with a cell (4) of the protective packaging plate (2).

2- Packaging according to claim I, characterized in that it is made from a thermoplastic synthetic material of an elastic nature.

3 Packaging according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that each ejection means is constituted by a tongue (I 1) formed by partial cutting in the upper half-shell (7) forming a cover and having a bulge (12 ) at its free end, the zone of attachment of the tongue (11) to the cover (7) forming a virtual axis (13) around which it is able to pivot in such a way that when a force directed towards it is applied to it inside the case (1), it causes, by means of its bulge (12), the depression of the cell (4) containing a product (3) and the ejection of the latter through the 'corresponding extraction orifice (10), after rupture of the aluminum closure cap (5a).

4 Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it has a generally rectangular shape.

% Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the half-shells (6,7) of the case (1) are connected to each other by means of a hinge (8) around which they are able to pivot.

6 Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that this hinge (8) is arranged on one of the longitudinal faces of the case (1).

7- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the lower half-shells (6) and upper (7) are separate elements, the upper half-shell (7) being nestable on the half lower shell (6).

g Packaging according to any one of claims I to 7, characterized in that there are provided tamper-evident means for closing the upper half-shell (7) forming a cover on the lower half-shell (6).

9 Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the case (1) is equipped with a receptacle arranged below the lower half-shell (6) and intended to collect the product (s) (3) may be ejected from the protective packaging plate (2).
