Abstract

Preparaciones pigmentarias acuosas exentas de agentes aglutinantes, que contienen (A) un 1,0 a un 75,0 % en peso de al menos un pigmento blanco o de color orgánico o inorgánico, o una mezcla de diversos pigmentos blancos o de color orgánicos e inorgánicos, (B) un 0,01 a un 8,0 % en peso de al menos una fosfatida de la fórmula (I),**Fórmula** donde R es un resto alifático, que comprende en total hasta 50 átomos, siendo éstos seleccionados a partir de átomos de carbono, hidrógeno y oxígeno, y en caso dado átomos de nitrógeno y azufre, (C) un 0,01 a un 12,0 % en peso de un etoxilato de alcanolamida de ácido graso de la fórmula (II),**Fórmula** donde a representa un número entero de 3 a 50, R3 representa C7 a C21-alquilo o -alquenilo, y (G) agua.

Las preparaciones pigmentarias descritas en los siguientes ejemplos se obtuvieron según el procedimiento descrito anteriormente, empleándose los siguientes componentes en las cantidades indicadas, de modo que se producen 100 partes en peso de la respectiva preparación pigmentaria. En la presente solicitud, “partes” significan partes en peso y los datos porcentuales significan porcentajes en peso, en tanto no se indique lo contrario en el caso particular.
Ejemplos de preparaciones pigmentarias con pigmentos inorgánicos
Ejemplo 1
60,0 partes de C. I. Pigment Yellow 42 (Bayferrox® Yellow 3920, firma Lanxess, componente (A)),
6,0 partes de lecitina de soja de calidad técnica (Lecico F 200, firma Lecico GmbH, componente (B)),
6,0 partes de etanolamida de ácido graso de talol transformada con 20 mol de óxido de etileno (Dispersogen® MT 200, firma Clariant, componente (C)),
10,0 partes de glicerina (componente (F)),
0,3 partes de antiespumante (D-Foam-R C 740, firma Clariant, componente (F)),
0,2 partes de agente conservante (Nipacide® BSM, firma Clariant, componente (F)),
17,5 partes de agua (componente (G))
La preparación pigmentaria es líquida, homogénea, y está exenta de espuma tras almacenaje de una semana a
60ºC. La viscosidad de la preparación pigmentaria asciende a 1350 Pa.s, medida con un viscosímetro Haake conoplaca. Ejemplo 2 (ejemplo comparativo) 60,0 partes de C. I. Pigment Yellow 42 (Bayferrox® Yellow 3920, firma Lanxess, componente (A)), 6,0 partes de lecitina de soja de calidad técnica (Lecico F 200, firma Lecico GmbH, componente (B)), 6,0 partes de ácido oleico transformado con 6 mol de óxido de etileno (Genagen® O 060, firma Clariant, componente (C)), 10,0 partes de glicerina (componente (F)), 0,3 partes de antiespumante (D-Foam-R C 740, firma Clariant, componente (F)), 0,2 partes de agente conservante (Nipacide® BSM, firma Clariant, componente (F)), 17,5 partes de agua (componente (G)) Se disponen el agua y los aditivos. En la adición del pigmento, la mezcla solidifica. Ejemplo 3 60,0 partes de C. I. Pigment Red 101 (Bayferrox® Red 130, firma Lanxess, componente (A)), 6,0 partes de lecitina de soja de calidad técnica (Lecico F 200, firma Lecico GmbH, componente (B)), 8,0 partes de etanolamida de ácido graso de talol transformada con 20 mol de óxido de etileno (Dispersogen® MT 200, firma Clariant, componente (C)),
