Definitions
- the present invention relates to a window or a door with a glass rebate gluing according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Glazing rebate bonds are known from the prior art. So in the EP 1 373 672 B1 A sash for a window or a door is disclosed, wherein in the area of a cover pane of the insulating glazing facing the rebate surface of the sash frame, a circumferential boundary web for the adhesive layer is provided at a distance from the rebate surface.
- the frame profile should be suitable for the installation of insulating glazing with different glazing thicknesses. This is achieved by arranging a plurality of webs or lips, which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the profile extension and extend along the profile extension, which can limit the introduction of adhesive, so that only the amount of adhesive required in each case is filled in on the rebate base of the frame profile and the adhesive layer only extends to a defined position in the fold base. According to the invention, a pane of insulating glazing is not wetted by adhesive.
- a material such as an elastomer is provided as the material for the webs or lips.
- the frame profile and the webs or lips are subsequently applied to the frame profile, for example by extrusion.
- the webs or lips can also be made of the same material with the frame profile.
- EP 2 639 395 A1 is the full gluing of the insulating glass pane. With the solution after EP 2 639 395 A1 is the manufacture of the webs or lips from an elastomer material in a separate manufacturing step complex and therefore expensive. During assembly, the frame profile for the insulating glazing to be assembled must also be prepared first. This is done, for example, by cutting out excess webs or lips from the frame profile and is therefore time-consuming and therefore expensive.
- the EP 2 685 043 A1 a wing of a window or a door and a glazing block and a method for its production are disclosed.
- the glazing block has an adhesive reservoir filled with adhesive.
- the glazing and the frame rebate of the sash are cohesively connected to one another only in the region of the glazing blocks inserted into the frame rebate.
- the adhesive is introduced into the adhesive reservoir after assembly of the glazing blocks.
- glazing blocks ensures that the static loads of a glazing are optimally distributed in a frame, thereby influencing or ensuring that the sash functions properly. To do this, however, the glazing blocks must be aligned in the rebate base of the frame profile or its position adjusted. This usually takes place in an iteration process, which is, however, disadvantageously hindered when the adhesive has already been activated.
- the WO 2010/020280 A1 shows an object according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention has the task of creating a window or a door with an improved glass rebate bond.
- the present invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1.
- the glass rebate element has the cushion, which is made entirely or partially of a resilient material.
- the invention is therefore initially based on the idea of creating a glazing rebate element for glazing rebate bonding, that due to its resilient properties, no other function takes place than in its assembled state, in conjunction with the glass rebate, to form an adhesive reservoir via which the glazing rebate bonding of glazing takes place.
- the bond can be formed on the window frame in the case of fixed glazing or on the window frame in the case of a window with a movable sash.
- the shell which is in any case formed in sections on the cushion, advantageously prevents excess adhesive from the adhesive reservoir from reaching the side of the glass rebate facing the glass holding strip or allowing excess adhesive to flow through in the direction of the glass holding strip.
- the contour of the shell is guided to the level of the glass rebate in such a way that the shell contacts the bottom of the glass rebate or the associated sash profile or the associated frame profile in this area and excess adhesive flows through in this direction this prevents the glass retaining bar.
- the glazing rebate element is always inserted into the glazing rebate after the glazing has been finally sealed with glazing blocks, which is readily possible due to the flexible design of the material of the glazing rebate element. This does not hinder the assembly process of the glazing blocks.
- the shell it is possible for the shell to contact the bottom of the glass rebate or the sash profile or the window frame profile in the assembled state of the glass rebate element on the side of the glass rebate facing the glass retaining strip. Alternatively, it is also possible for the shell to be in the assembled state of the glass rebate element not contacting the bottom of the glass rebate on the side of the shell facing away from the glass holder.
- a window 1a is shown.
- a window 1a is described below for the sake of simplicity.
- the term window can be replaced by that of the door. The following description also applies analogously to doors.
- the window 1a has a window frame 2a and a casement 3a.
- the frame 2a is composed of miter-cut sections of a frame profile 4a.
- the sash 3a is also composed of miter-cut sections of a sash profile 5a. In the case of a door, the frame 2a would not be closed around the circumference but would be open on one side.
- the casement profile 5a has a glass rebate 6a.
- the circumferential glass rebate 6a of the casement 3a has glazing blocks 7 on its vertical side and on its horizontal side.
- Fig. 1 also shows schematically fitting parts 8 such as locking bars or corner deflections.
- the glazing blocks 7 are therefore provided, due to their properties are suitable for supporting or for absorbing and transmitting static forces, in particular the weight forces of the glazing 9.
- the sash frame profile 5a is here - purely by way of example - a sash frame profile 5a which is produced from a plastic material in an extrusion process.
- the sash profile 5a has a Z-shaped cross-sectional geometry, the "Z" being rotated through 90 °.
- the sash profile 5a has a central hollow chamber 12.
- the central hollow chamber 12 has a reinforcement profile 13a with which the area moment of inertia or the second order area moment of the casement profile 5a is increased, so that the casement profile 5a is stiffened by the reinforcement profile 13a.
- the reinforcement profile 13a is preferably produced from a steel material by a forming process.
- the sash profile 5a also has other hollow chambers.
- the sash profile 5a also has a glass rebate 6a.
- the sash frame section 5a has a vertically extending extension 14 located on the side of the sash frame section 5a facing the glazing rebate, the free end of which has a groove 15 into which a sealing section 16 is inserted.
- the sealing profile 16 nestles against the glazing 9 —here with a three-pane structure, in Fig. 2a shown before its installation in the glass rebate 6a and thus seals the glass rebate 6a against the surroundings.
- the glass rebate 6a has a block bridge 17 which is positioned and held in a groove 44 of the casement profile 5a and by a clip connection in the glass rebate 6a.
- the sash frame section 5a also has a vertically extending extension 18 on the side of the sash frame section 5a facing away from the glazing rebate, the free end of which has a groove 19 into which a sealing section 20 is inserted.
- Fig. 2b it is shown how the glazing block 7 is used to align the glazing 9 in the glass rebate 6a.
- the glazing block 7 is positioned between the block bridge 17 and the glazing 9, so that it is ensured that the glazing 9 is inserted on all sides with a sufficient distance from the glazing rebate base
- Initial cost of the glazing 9 in the casement profile 5a is selected such that a sealing of the inter-pane spaces of the glazing 9 and the spacing strips of the glazing is in each case below the sealing profile 16 and a casement 3a (for example made from miter-cut sections of the casement profile 5a (not shown here) is also included built-in glazing 9 can be opened properly.
- Fig. 2c the casement profile 5a is shown with inserted glazing 9 and glazing block 7 on which the glazing 9 is supported.
- the glazing blocks 7 are usually installed in an iteration process, so that the assembly step follows Fig. 2b if necessary, it is repeated several times until the state as in Fig. 2c shown, is finally achieved.
- this assembly process is disadvantageously hampered if a glazing rebate bonding according to the prior art is to be carried out in the area of the glazing blocks 7 and the adhesive required for this has already been activated.
- a window 1a is shown in section.
- a window 1a is shown in section.
- Deviating from the representation according to 2a to 2c the sash profile 5a here has a glass retaining strip 10a.
- the glass retaining strip 10a is locked in a groove 27 of the casement profile 5a via a shoulder 26.
- the glass holding strip 10a has two sealing lips 28, 29. The sealing lips 28, 29 nestle against the glazing 9 shown here and thus seal the glass rebate 6a from the environment.
- a glazing block 7 is arranged, on which the glazing 9 is supported.
- a frame profile 4a which is made of a plastic material in an extrusion process.
- the window frame profile 4a has a central hollow chamber 21.
- the central hollow chamber 21 has a reinforcement profile 13c with which the area moment of inertia or the second order area moment of the frame profile 4a is increased, so that the frame profile 4a is stiffened by the reinforcement profile 13c.
- the frame profile 4a also has further hollow chambers 22.
- the frame profile 4a also has a glass rebate 6c, which, however, is only used as a glass rebate 6c in windows 1a, 1b without a sash 3a, 3b.
- the frame profile 4a has a vertically extending extension 23 located on the side of the frame profile 4a facing the glass rebate, the free end of which has a groove 24 into which a sealing profile 25 is inserted.
- the window frame profile 4a and the window frame profile 5a form a folded area 11 in the closed state of the window 1a.
- the sealing profile 30 seals the fold area 11 together with the sealing profile 20 and the sealing profile 25 against the environment.
- the sealing profile 20 of the sash profile 5b and the sealing profile 25 of the frame profile 4a seal the fold area 11 from the environment.
- the glass rebate 6c of the window frame profile 4a (not used here as the glass rebate 6c, since a window with a casement 3a is shown, in which the glazing 9 is inserted) has two levels I, II here.
- the two levels I, II have two different height levels.
- level I here has a higher height level than level II, which is arranged here on the side of the frame profile 4a facing the glass retaining strip.
- Level I has the groove 31 in which the sealing profile 30 is inserted.
- a sash profile 5b or a frame profile 4b is shown.
- the sash frame profile 5b or the frame profile 4b corresponds in its essential construction to the frame profile 4a Fig. 3 .
- Repetitions To avoid, only additions, changes and deviations to the description of the frame profile 4a are described below Fig. 3 described.
- the sash profile 5b or the frame profile 4b has two levels I, II with different height levels.
- Level II with the higher level of height compared to level I with respect to the glazing rebate base is arranged on the side of the sash frame profile 5d or the frame profile 4b facing the glass retaining strip.
- the glass holding bar 10b deviates from the glass holding bar 10a Fig. 3 a groove 32 into which a sealing profile 33 is inserted.
- the glass rebate 6b here has a bore with a conical countersink 34, which is penetrated by a screw 35.
- the screw 35 serves to fix the reinforcing profile 13b, which here has a U-shaped cross-sectional geometry and is designed as a profile with a closed contour.
- the reinforcement profile 13b is preferably produced from a steel material by a forming process and a joining process.
- a glass rebate element 36 is inserted in the glazing rebate 6b between the casement profile 5b or the frame profile 4b and the glazing 9.
- a casement 3b or a window frame 2b shown here in the form of the casement profile 5b or the window frame profile 4b
- several glass rebate elements 36 can be arranged.
- the glass rebate element 36 has - at least in sections - a shell 37 which is arranged horizontally in the area of the glazing 9 and is therefore in contact with the glazing 9.
- the contour of the shell 37 is guided to the level of level II of the glass rebate 6b, so that the shell 37 contacts the bottom of the glass rebate 6b or the sash profile 5b or the frame profile 4b in this area.
- the shell 37 extends beyond an outer glass pane 38 of the glazing 9 and ends here in a 90 ° to the horizontal, preferably larger as a free end 39 angled 30 ° in the direction of the glass rebate base that does not contact the base of the glass rebate 6b.
- the sash frame profile 5b has a glass retaining web 47, which is attached essentially parallel to the glazing 9 or parallel to the outer glass pane 38 of the glazing 9, in one piece on the sash frame profile 5b on the side of the extension 23 of the sash frame profile 5b facing the glazing rebate.
- the outer glass pane 38 of the glazing 9 is at a distance a from the glass retaining web 47.
- the free end 39 of the shell 37 protrudes by at least 25% of the distance a between the glass retaining web 47 and the outer glass pane 38 of the glazing 9 - allowing adhesive to flow through.
- the shell 37 is preferably made of a substrate, preferably made of a plastic material. Alternatively, the shell 37 can also be made from a metallic material.
- the glass rebate element 36 has a cushion 40.
- the cushion 40 is preferably made from a fully or partially compliant material. This material is further preferably elastic or partially elastic. The material further preferably has a foam-like structure. Foamed polyurethane is particularly preferably used as the material.
- the cushion 40 is integrally connected to the shell 37 by gluing or, for example, in a common manufacturing process, such as a co-extrusion process with the shell 37.
- the glass rebate element 36 is advantageously produced from a co-extruded profile, which is cut to the required length for the glass rebate element 36 after the co-extrusion process has taken place.
- the shell 37 is positively connected to the cushion 40.
- the positive connection can be combined with the integral connection.
- the cushion 40 due to its resilient properties and due to its foam-like structure, is accordingly Has cavities, is not designed to absorb or transmit forces relevant to the statics of the window without significant deformation of the cushion 40, so that the glass rebate element 36 is not designed overall to support or transmit the weight forces of the glazing 9.
- the cushion 40 of the glass rebate element 36 has on its side facing the bottom of the glass rebate 6b a plurality of ribs 41 which are spaced apart by cutouts 42.
- the recesses 42 receive upholstery material that is displaced by the deformation and thus improve the elasticity of the upholstery 40 due to the foam-like structure of the material, so that — as in Fig. 5a shown - the glass rebate element 36 also the glass rebate 6b can be used with several levels I, II with different height levels, the shell 37 of the glass rebate element 36 being aligned horizontally, resting against the glazing 9 or touching it in surface contact.
- the glass rebate element 36 has an opening 43.
- the opening 43 forms an adhesive reservoir in the assembled state of the glass rebate element 36.
- 7c clearly shows that the opening 43 has a D-shaped geometry, for example only. Alternatively, the opening 43 can also have another suitable geometry.
- the width b of the opening 43 is at least 1% of the total width B of the glass rebate element 36, preferably the width b of the opening is greater than 25% of the total width B of the glass rebate element 36. It is essential to the invention that the opening 43 in relation to the shell 37 through the Shell 37 is limited so that an adhesive reservoir with closed outer boundary is created in the assembled state of the glass rebate element 36. This ensures that the required amount of adhesive per glass rebate element 36 for gluing the glazing 9 (see Fig.
- a flow of excess adhesive on the side of the glass rebate 6b facing away from the glass retaining bar or a flow of excess adhesive in the direction of the glass retaining bar 10b is prevented by the contour drawing of the tray 37, which is guided to the level II level of the glass rebate 6d, so that the tray 37 contacts the bottom of the glass rebate 6b or the sash profile 5b or the window frame profile 4b in an area with respect to a direction of flow in the direction of the glass retaining strip 10b behind the glazing, the bottom of the glass rebate 6b and a flow of excess adhesive in the direction of the glass retaining strip 10b prevented.
- the glazing rebate element 36 is always inserted into the glazing rebate 6b after the glazing has been finally sealed with glazing blocks 7, which is readily possible due to the elasticity of the glazing rebate element 36. As a result, the assembly process of the glazing blocks 7 is not hindered.
- the adhesive reservoir formed by the opening 43 in interaction with the base of the glass rebate 6b is filled with adhesive either directly during the assembly process of the glass rebate element 36 or after the assembly process of the glass rebate element 36 has taken place through an opening 45 in the shell 37, here - purely by way of example a circular cross section which opens into a channel 46 which extends in the cushion 40 and opens into the opening 43, the opening 45 being closable, if necessary, for example with a stopper (not shown) provided therefor.
- the opening 45 can also have cross-sectional geometries other than circular.
- the glass rebate element 36 has a channel 46 through which the adhesive can be filled in obliquely from the side into the opening 43 or into the adhesive reservoir.
- the channel 46 is arranged in the cushion 40.
- the adhesive is introduced or injected into the opening 43 or into the adhesive reservoir via an injection device.
- the injection device is provided with a pointed free end with which the cushion 40 is pierced, so that an explicit opening 45 or a channel 46 for filling the opening 43 or the adhesive reservoir is not necessary.
