    - at least one mixing element (6), disposed between the mixing chamber (2) and the foam reserve (7) or disposed in the mixing chamber (2),
    - a non-return device (30a, 30b) between the mixing chamber (2) and the foam reserve (7), and
    - a pumping means for ejecting the foam from the foam reserve (7) through the outlet conduit (9),
    the device is characterised in that:
    the pumping means:
    - either being produced by a piston (8a) sliding within the volume of the foam reserve (7),
    - or having at least one deformable part of the wall of the foam reserve,
    - or consisting of the outlet conduit (9) of which one end enters the volume of the foam reserve (7) and is rigidly connected to a displaceable part in said volume of the foam reserve (7),
    the mixing element (6) being a screen, a grid or any other porous element.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one air supply conduit (50) is formed by the space between two walls, one comprising at least a part of the wall of the mixing chamber (2) and an air inlet (5), and the second one being different to the wall of the liquid reservoir (12).
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the air supply conduit (50) comprises a groove formed in a part of the body of the device.
  4. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the air supply conduit (50) is formed by a moulded channel in the body of the device.
  5. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the air supply conduit (50) is formed by a tube running along at least a part of the wall of the device, connecting an air inlet (5) to the ambient air in a region close to an opening of the reservoir (12) of foaming liquid (4).
  6. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the non-return device (30a, 30b) is a ball or needle resting on a substantially frustoconical seat (30c).
  7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the mixing chamber (2) comprises an air inlet (5) connected to the air supply conduit (50).
  8. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it comprises at least one filter element (10) between the foam reserve (7) and one end of the outlet conduit (9).
  9. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it comprises a non-return device (11a, 11b) between the foam reserve (7) and one end of the outlet conduit (9).
  10. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that it comprises a device for blocking the pumping means.
  11. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the air inlet (5) has a cross-section determined as a function of the cross-section of the conduit for supply of liquid to be foamed (1).
