Claims (4)

  1. Scharnier (1) für eine Tür eines Haushaltsgeräts, umfassend mindestens ein erstes Element (4) und ein zweites Element (8), wobei entweder das erste Element (4) oder das zweite Element (8) in Verwendung am Rahmen des Haushaltsgeräts fixierbar ist und das andere entweder erste Element (4) oder zweite Element (8) in Verwendung an der Tür fixierbar ist, sodass die Tür durch Kippen zum Rahmen des Haushaltsgeräts geöffnet oder geschlossen werden kann, wobei das Scharnier (1) einen Gelenkarm (20) umfasst, der mit dem ersten Element (4) und dem zweiten Element (8) verbunden ist, wobei der Gelenkarm (20) einen ersten Abschnitt (10) umfasst, der drehbar mit entweder dem ersten Element (4) oder dem zweiten Element (8) verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (3), der mit dem anderen entweder ersten Element (4) oder zweiten Element (8) verbunden und mit einem Kipphebel (2) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Ende gekoppelt ist, wobei das erste und das zweite Ende (10, 3) drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, sowie Führungsmittel (6, 7), verbindend den Hebel (2) mit dem Gelenkarm (20), um zu erlauben, dass der Gelenkarm (20) und der Hebel (2) sich relativ zueinander nach einem vorgegebenen Bewegungsgesetz während der Bewegung des ersten Elements (4) relativ zum zweiten Element (8) bewegen, wobei die Führungsmittel (6, 7) einen Nocken (6) und einen Stößel (7) umfassen, wobei der Nocken (6) die Form einer Nut aufweist und mit einem Abschnitt des Gelenkarms (20) assoziiert ist und der Stößel (7) die Form eines Zapfens aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (2) schwenkbar an einem Zwischenabschnitt entweder am ersten Element (4) oder am zweiten Element (8) befestigt ist, wobei der Kipphebel (2) zudem schwenkbar mit entweder dem ersten Element (4) oder dem zweiten Element (8) an dessen erstem Ende verbunden ist und der Zapfen am zweiten Ende des Kipphebels (2) fixiert ist.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, wobei der den Stößel (7) darstellende Zapfen verschiebbar mit der Nut gekuppelt ist.
  3. Scharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend elastische Mittel (12), die betriebswirksam mit dem Gelenkarm (20) gekuppelt sind, sodass sie in Verwendung eine Rückhaltewirkung auf die Tür während der Bewegung der Tür mindestens aus einer geschlossenen Position (PC) in eine offene Position (PA) ausüben.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, wobei der erste Abschnitt (10) des Gelenkarms (20) betriebswirksam mit den elastischen Mitteln (12) gekuppelt ist.
