Claims (9)

  1. Multifunktionale Gelenkvorrichtung, die ein erstes Verbindungsmittel (3) aufweist, das zur Befestigung an eine Struktur oder einen Rahmen einer Anwendung vorgesehen ist; und ein zweites Verbindungsmittel (5), das um sein eigenes Gelenknabenmittel (7) rotierbar ist, und zur Befestigung an einer Tür oder Klappe der Anwendung vorgesehen ist, um die Öffnungs- und Schließbewegungen zwischen den extremen Öffnungs- und Schließzuständen der Tür zuzulassen; in einem Betriebszustand ist die Rotationsachse des Gelenknabenmittels (7) horizontal, und die Ebene der Tür in dem geschlossenen Zustand ist vertikal oder nahezu vertikal; die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst mindestens:
    - ein Kipphebelmittel (10), das zu dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) durch ein erstes Schwenkmittel (11) parallel des Nabenmittel (7) eingeschränkt ist, um frei um die Achse des ersten Schwenkmittels (11) zu rotieren, wobei ein derartiges Kipphebelmittel (10) ein zweites Schwenkmittel (13) trägt, das von dem ersten Schwenkmittel (11) beabstandet und parallel dazu ist;
    - ein Verbindungsstangenmittel (14), das ein Ende aufweist, das mit dem Kipphebelmittel (10) mittels des zweiten Schwenkmittels (13) verbunden ist, um frei um die Achse eines derartigen zweiten Schwenkmittels zu rotieren, und ein gegenüberliegendes Ende aufweist, das mit dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) mittels eines dritten Schwenkmittels (15) parallel zu dem Nabenmittel (7) verbunden ist, um so frei um die Achse eines solchen dritten Schwenkmittels (15) zu rotieren;
    - ein Gleitmittel (40), das zu dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) mittels eines Führungsmittels (41, 42) für das Gleiten des Gleitmittels (40) in Richtung der Innenseite und der Außenseite der Anwendung eingeschränkt ist und das das Nabenmittel (7) an einem äußeren Ende (40) davon trägt; wobei ein solches Gleitmittel (40) mit dem Kipphebelmittel (10) verbunden ist, dessen Rotation in Richtung des Schließzustands eine Übertragung des Gleitmittels (40) hin zu dem inneren Zustand bewirkt;
    - ein elastisches Mittel (17), das ein Ende aufweist, das mit dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) verbunden ist und das ein anderes Ende aufweist, das mit dem Gleitmittel (40) verbunden ist;
    wobei, in den operativen Türausgleichszuständen der Vorrichtung 1 ein solches elastisches Mittel (17) mit einer elastischen Kraft auf das Gleitmittel (40) wirkt, die in der gleichen Richtung wie die Schließrichtung ausgeübt wird; wobei die Vorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eines der Enden des elastischen Mittels (17) mit dem Gleitmittel (40) mittels eines flexiblen Mittels (12) verbunden ist, das mit eine Umlenkrolle (16) in Eingriff steht; das andere Ende des elastischen Mittels (17) ist an einem Schwingarmmittel (32) befestigt oder daran verankert, welches ein viertes Schwenkmittel (30) für die rotierbare Verbindung mit einem Ende eines Hebelmittels (50) trägt, und dessen gegenüberliegendes Ende mit dem Verbindungsmittel (3) rotierbar mittels eines fünften Schwenkmittels (52) parallel zu dem Nabenmittel verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein solches Gleitmittel (40) ein Zahnstangenmittel (44) aufweist, das mit einem Zahnradmittel (45) in Eingriff steht, das mit dem ersten Schwenkmittel (11) koaxial und zu dem Kipphebelmittel (10) eingeschränkt ist, um integral mit letzterem um die Achse des ersten Schwenkmittels (11) zu rotieren; wobei mittels des Verbindungsstangenmittels (14) die Öffnungsbewegung der Tür oder Klappe die Rotation des Kipphebelmittels (10) und des Zahnradmittels (45) verursacht, was die Übertragung des Gleitmittels (40) und des Nabenmittels (7) zur Außenseite der Anwendung verursacht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebelmittel (50) nahezu linear ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwingarmmittel (32) eine ungefähr dreieckige Form oder eine "T"-Form aufweist, bei der das elastische Mittel (17) und das vierte Schwenkmittel (30) an entsprechenden Enden des Schwingarmmittels (32) angebracht sind, dessen drittes Ende ein passendes Mittel (33) einer Art trägt, das entlang eines Nockenmittels (35) gleitet oder rollt, das befestigt ist an oder integral ist mit, oder aufgenommen wird von einer peripheren Kante des Kipphebelmittels (10); wobei die elastische Kraft des elastischen Mittels (17) auf das Schwingarmmittel (32) mit einem Bauteil wirkt, das das passende Mittel (33) gegen das Nockenmittel (35) presst, das so geformt ist, dass es zumindest in manchen Bereichen federnd gegen die Öffnung und/oder Schließung der Tür oder Klappe der Anwendung wirkt und nicht gegen die Bewegung einer solchen Klappe oder Tür in den anderen Bereichen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebelmittel (50) mit einem Reibungsmittel (54) ausgestattet ist, das reibschlüssig entlang eines Bereichs des Nockenmittels (35) des Kipphebelmittels (10) gleitbar ist, wobei das Schwingarmmittel (32) die elastische Kraft des elastischen Mittels (17) auf das Hebelmittel (50) überträgt, wobei ein Bauteil des elastischen Mittels (17) durch Pressen des Reibungsmittels (54) gegen das Nockenmittel (35) auf ein solches Hebelmittel (50) wirkt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwingarmmittel (32) einen ersten Schlitz (24) umfasst, der ungefähr als ein auf der Rotationsachse des vierten Schwenkmittels (30) zentrierter kreisförmiger Bogen ausgebildet, und dafür vorgesehen ist, einen entsprechenden Beschränkungszapfen, der an dem ersten Befestigungsmittel (3) befestigt ist, mit etwas Spiel gleitbar aufzunehmen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reibungsmittel (54) an dem Hebelmittel (50) mittels eines entsprechenden Bindezapfens (53) befestigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungsmittel (3) und das Kipphebelmittel (10) mit Anschlagmittelen (21, 22) ausgestattet ist, die dem wechselseitigen Kontakt mindestens in dem extremen Öffnungszustand zugeordnet sind, um die Tür daran zu hindern, sich über eine solche Bedingung hinaus zu bewegen; und/oder das erste Verbindungsmittel (3) und das Kipphebelmittel (10) sind mit Reibungsmittelen (21, 22) ausgestattet, die gemeinsam reibschlüssig gleiten, um die Bewegungen der Tür oder Klappe zu verlangsamen; wobei derartige Anschlag- und Reibungsmittele einen Gleitschlitz (22) umfassen, der ungefähr als ein auf der Rotationsachse des ersten Schwenkmittels (11) zentrierter kreisförmiger Bogen ausgebildet ist, und einen Gleitzapfen (21) der mit oder ohne Reibung mit dem Gleitschlitz (22) in Eingriff steht, wobei ein solcher Gleitschlitz (22) und Gleitzapfen (21) mit dem Kipphebelmittel (10) bzw. dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) verbunden sind, oder umgekehrt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Gleitmittels (40) entgegengesetzt zu dem Nabenmittel (7) ein Kontaktmittel (47) trägt, das dafür vorgesehen ist, sich zumindest in dem letzten Bereich des Schließhubs gegen ein bewegbares Ende von mindestens einem Stoßdämpfermittel (60) zu stützen, dessen statischer Bereich an dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) befestigt ist, das dafür vorgesehen ist, zumindest die Schließgeschwindigkeit in dem letzten Bereich zu verlangsamen.
