Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum gesteuerten Schließen einer Tür umfassend einen Scharnierkörper mit einem angebauten gebogenen Abschnitt (2), einen Federsitz (5), der ein unabhängiger Teil oder im Scharnierkörper integriert sein kann, eine Feder (4), eine mit dem Scharnierkörper (1) flexibel verbundene Federführung (3), einen Federanschlag (6) in Form einer Platte zur Begrenzung der oberen Position der Feder, mindestens ein an der Achse gelagertes und im gebogenen Abschnitt (2) bewegliches Teil (9), das im Scharnierkörper (1) angeordnet ist, einen Schnappverschluss (8), der an der Montageachse gelagert und mit dem Scharnierkörper (1) verbunden ist, ein abnehmbares Blockierteil zur Befestigung der Tür am Gerät, sowie mindestens einen Dämpfer (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der gebogene Abschnitt (2) einen kleinen Vorsprung und eine Vertiefung aufweist, die einen gesteuerten Transfer der Translationsbelastung der Feder (4) durch das Teil (9) ermöglichen, das sich beim Öffnen und Schließen im gebogenem Abschnitt (2) oberhalb des genannten Vorsprungs und der genannten Vertiefung bewegt;- wobei die anfängliche Öffnungsposition der Gerätetür einen kleinen Vorsprung auf dem gebogenen Abschnitt (2) aufweist, der einen stärkeren Druck der Tür gegen die Dichtung gewährleistet, um eine bessere Abdichtung zu erzielen und wobei die Vertiefung eine stabile Position in einem bestimmten vordefinierten Winkel das Schließen der Gerätetür gewährleistet;- der Schnappverschluss (8) mit dem Scharnierkörper (1) durch ein Verbindungsglied (12) verbunden ist, das an einer Seite mit der Achse (11) des Teils (9) und an der anderen Seite mit der Montageachse des Schnappverschlusses (8) verbunden ist, und wodurch das Teil (9), wenn es sich im gebogenen Abschnitt (2) bewegt, gleichzeitig die Bewegung des Schnappverschlusses (8) ermöglicht, wodurch sich die Achse (11) des Teils (9) an der Außenfläche des Schnappverschlusses (8) bewegt;- eine kleine Feder (7) die in der Federführung (3) oberhalb des Federsitzes (5) eingesetzt ist, um das Herunterklappen der Tür durch das erhöhte Drehmoment unter einem Winkel vor der vollständig geöffneten Stellung zu verhindern;- das Verriegelungsteil (16) der Tür, das auf dem Schnappverschluss (8) gelagert ist, um ein Zuklappen der Tür während des Schließens zu verhindern;- und der Dämpfer (10) im Inneren der Federführung (3) unterhalb des Federsitzes (5) und oberhalb der Achse (11) des Teils (9) gelagert ist, der den gebogenen Abschnitt (2) derart bewegt, dass die Außenmaße des Scharniers (1) nicht vergrößert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Dämpfers (10) an der Unterseite durch einen Vorsprung auf dem Verbindungsglied (12) begrenzt wird und die Bewegung des Dämpfers (10) an der Unterseite durch den Federsitz (5) begrenzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung auf dem gebogenen Abschnitt (2) in der Ausgangs-Öffnungsposition der Tür eine voreingestellte Anfangskraft benötigt, während er gleichzeitig einen stärkeren Druck der Tür auf die Dichtung ermöglicht, um eine bessere Abdichtung zu gewährleisten, und die Vertiefung auf dem gebogenen Abschnitt (2) eine stabile Position der Tür in einem bestimmten vordefinierten Winkel des Schließens der Gerätetür gewährleistet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnappverschluss (8) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Schnappverschlussklinke (14) durch die Schnappverschlussniete (13) montiert ist, durch den Scharnierkörper (1) montiert ist, wodurch nur eine umlaufende Bewegung um die Montageachse des Schnappverschlusses (8) ermöglicht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Scharnierkörper angeordnete gebogene Abschnitt (2) wie ein Loch durch das Material des Scharnierkörpers (1) oder wie eine Vertiefung im Material des Scharnierkörpers (1) oder wie eine Einkerbung im Material des Scharnierkörpers (1) ohne Abtragung des Materials ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federsitz (5) aus Kunststoff angefertigt ist und der Federsitz (5) lösbar, jedoch im Scharnierkörper (1) fixiert ist und eine ausgeformte Öffnung, die die Bewegung der Federführung (3) ermöglicht, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung sämtlicher Bauteile durch die Position der Moritageachse des Schnappverschlusses (8) am Scharnierkörper (1) bestimmt wird, die die Drehung des Schnappverschlusses (8) um die Montageachse ermöglicht, und durch die Position der Achse (11) des Teils (9), an welchem das Teil (9), das sich im gebogenen Abschnitt (2), der im Scharnierkörper (1) angeordnet ist, bewegt, gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (9), das sich im gebogenen Abschnitt (2), der im Schärnierkörper (1) gelagert ist, bewegt, wie eine Rolle ausgebildet ist, die an der Achse (11) montiert ist, oder wie zwei Rollen, die an der Achse (11) montiert sind, wobei sich jede Rolle in ihrem eigenen gebogenem Abschnitt (2), der an beiden Seiten des Scharnierkörpers (1) angeordnet ist, bewegt, und die Bewegung des Schnappverschlusses (8) durch die Achse (11) der Rolle(n) geführt wird, die sich auf dem gebogenen Abschnitt (2), der im Scharnierkörper (1) angeordnet ist, bewegen.
