Claims (5)
- Connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité destiné à transmettre des courants électriques, comprenant au moins un élément de contact (16) pour établir un contact électrique entre un élément conducteur de courant intérieur et un élément conducteur de courant extérieur (14), dans lequel l'élément de contact (16) comprend une pluralité d'éléments à languette (18) pour une mise en contact électrique multipoint entre l'élément conducteur de courant intérieur et l'élément conducteur de courant extérieur (14), dans lequel l'élément de contact (16) est agencé dans un boîtier (10, 12) ensemble avec l'élément conducteur de courant extérieur (14) de telle façon que les éléments à languette (18) sur une face extérieure radiale de l'élément de contact (16) viennent en contact électrique avec l'élément conducteur de courant extérieur (14), et qu'un élément conducteur de courant intérieur à une extrémité côté enfichage du connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité est susceptible d'être enfiché dans le boîtier (10, 12) de telle façon que les éléments à languette (18) sur un côté intérieur radial de l'élément de contact (16) viennent en contact avec l'élément conducteur de courant intérieur,
caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (10, 12) à l'extrémité côté enfichage du connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité dépasse au-delà de l'élément conducteur de courant extérieur (14) en direction axiale sur une portion prédéterminée et comprend, dans la région de cette portion prédéterminée, une portion de boîtier (26) en saillie radialement vers l'intérieur de telle façon que l'élément de contact (16) est fixé actuellement à l'intérieur du boîtier (10, 12) en venant buter contre cette portion de boîtier (26) en saillie. - Connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) est réalisé avec une section de forme rectangulaire.
- Connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de contact (16) comporte au niveau de ses extrémités axiales un cadre porteur respectif de forme rectangulaire (20, 22), et les éléments à languette (18) sont reliés sur le plan mécanique et électrique à leurs extrémités axiales respectivement avec un cadre porteur (20, 22).
- Connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments à languette (18) sont réalisés en forme de lamelles et sont basculés par rapport aux cadres porteurs (20, 22).
- Connecteur enfichable pour courant de forte intensité selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une patte (24) est agencée à une extrémité axiale, détournée des éléments à languette (18), d'au moins un cadre porteur (20, 22).
