- Lamellar contactors are known which comprise a metal strip bent into an overall horizontal "U" shape inside a casing. The lower branch of this strip is secured to the floor of the housing, while the upper branch is supported on the ceiling of the housing. The blade thus forms a spring whose upper end is free. A lateral opening allows the introduction of a stripped electrical wire which presses on the upper branch of the blade, deforms and engages between this blade and the ceiling of the housing.
