Diese dient dazu, den von der Kochstelle hochsteigenden Dunst abzubremsen und horizontal nach aussen zu führen. Seitlich der Staufläche 14 verläuft ein Spalt 15 (siehe Fig. 3 - 5) zwischen den Rändern der unteren Platten 9 der Einsätze und drei schrägen Führungsplatten 16 der Haube. Durch diesen Spalt tritt der Dunst in einen Sammelraum 17 ein, der sich zwischen den oberen und unteren Platten 8 bzw. 9 bildet. Dort strömt er gegen eine Abzugsöffnung 20 hin (siehe Fig. 7), wobei er unmittelbar vor dem Eintritt in die Öffnung 20 von nach unten abgebogenen Kanten 21 der oberen Platten 8 nach unten abgelenkt wird, vgl. Fig. 8 und 9. Sodann durchtritt der Dunst einen in der Abzugsöffnung 20 angeordneten Filter bestehend aus zwei herausnehmbaren Filterplatten 23 und tritt in den Aufbau 2 ein. Dort wird der Dunst von einem nicht dargestellten Ventilator zu geeigneten Abzugsleitungen gefördert.The
