Wenn der Dunst den Sammelraum 17 durchläuft, werden darin suspendierte Fetttropfen und andere Verunreinigungen an den Wänden des Sammelraums abgelagert, insbesondere auch an den Kanten 21. Da die Kanten 21 vertikal über den unteren Platten 9 angeordnet sind, werden allfällig abtropfende, fliessfähige Ablagerungen von diesen Platten 9 aufgefangen. Um ein Heruntertropfen der Ablagerungen auf die Kochstelle zu vermeiden, bilden die unteren Platten 9 zusammen einen Trog mit erhöhten Seitenrändern 24, siehe
Wie sich aus dem Obigen ergibt, werden die oberen und unteren Wände des Sammelraums 17 im Betrieb der Dunstabzugshaube durch Ablagerungen verschmutzt. Da die obere Wand des Sammelraums 17 jedoch von den oberen Platten 8 sowie von den Filterplatten 23 und dessen untere Wand von den unteren Platten 9 gebildet werden, können die Wände des Sammelraums 17 vollständig und mit wenigen Handgriffen ausgebaut werden. - Extractor hood according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one inset (7a, 7b, 7c) is attached to the cover (12) by at least an attachment means (11), and particularly wherein the attachment means (11) is a screw.
