Claims (11)

  1. Fenster, Fenstertür, dessen/deren Flügel in einer Schließposition endgültig befestigt ist und/oder deren Außenglas und/oder Innenglas durch eine Kaschierplatte ersetzt ist mit einem belüfteten Rahmen, umfassend:
    - eine erste (401) Einfassung, die eine Flügelfunktion gewährleisten kann und die einen Außenfalz (426) für eine so genannte Außenglasscheibe (402) und einen Innenfalz für eine so genannte Innenglasscheibe (403) aufweist, die eine Luftschicht (404) zwischen diesen letzteren einschließen,
    - eine zweite (405) Einfassung, die eine Zargenfunktion gewährleisten kann, wobei die erste Einfassung gemäß einer Schließposition des Fensters, der Fenstertür positioniert werden soll,
    - Mittel (406) zum Herstellen einer Fluidverbindung zwischen der Luftschicht und der Außenumgebung (407), die zumindest in der Schließposition mindestens einen Fluiddurchgang (420) umfassen, von dem ein Ende (421) an einer Fläche der ersten Einfassung in Kontakt mit der Außenumgebung mündet und von dem das andere Ende (422) in der Luftschicht mündet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der mindestens eine Fluiddurchgang (420) in einer Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) ausgebildet ist und dass das Fenster, die Fenstertür Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Umfangsdichtung (413) für die Luftschicht, die aus einer ersten Dichtungshälfte (452), die an einem Innenprofil (428) der ersten Einfassung (401) befestigt ist, und einer zweiten Dichtungshälfte (453), die in der Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) integriert ist, besteht,
    - wobei die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) mindestens eine Öffnung (421) aufweist, die das Ende des mindestens einen Fluiddurchgangs bildet, das an einer Fläche der ersten Einfassung in Kontakt mit der Außenumgebung mündet, und in der Außenumgebung (407) zu einer vertikalen Fläche der Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe über der zweiten Einfassung (405) führt.
  2. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) Mittel (457) zum Abstützen der Außenglasscheibe (402) aufweist.
  3. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) Staubschutzfiltermittel (433) aufweist.
  4. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) einen hohlen Querschnitt annimmt, wobei die Mittel (457) zum Abstützen der Außenglasscheibe (402) an mindestens zwei Stellen der Länge der Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger in der hohlen Profildichtung (450) eingesetzt sind.
  5. Fenster, Fenstertür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) eine Auskragung (456) aufweist, die das Eindringen von Wasser durch die mindestens eine zu einer Fläche der ersten Einfassung (401) in Kontakt mit der Außenumgebung (407) führende Öffnung (421) verhindern soll.
  6. Fenster, Fenstertür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) einen allgemein rechteckigen Querschnitt annimmt, der im oberen Teil eine Aufnahme (454) aufweist, die einen Rand der Außenglasscheibe (402) aufnehmen soll.
  7. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (454) mit inneren (471) und äußeren (472) Dichtlippen versehen ist, die mit der Außenglasscheibe (402) in Kontakt treten sollen.
  8. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine horizontale Abmessung des rechteckigen Querschnitts der Profildichtung (450) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Fläche (455) gegenüber dem Umfang der Luftschicht (404) zu präsentieren,
    - wobei die Fläche (455) mindestens eine Öffnung (422) aufweist, die das Ende des mindestens einen zur Luftschicht (404) führenden Fluiddurchgangs bildet, und
    - wobei die Fläche (455), mit der inneren Lippe (471) der Aufnahme (454) in Anlage an der Innenfläche der Innenglasscheibe, Teil des Aufbaus der zu der Dichtungshälfte (452) komplementären Dichtungshälfte (453) ist, um die Umfangsdichtung (413) zu bilden.
  9. Fenster, Fenstertür nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Fluiddurchgang (420) in einem Innenraum des Querschnitts der Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) unter einer die Fläche (455) bildenden Wand des Querschnitts, die mindestens eine Öffnung (422) und die Aufnahme (454), die einen Rand der Außenglasscheibe (402) aufnehmen kann, aufweist, gebildet wird.
  10. Fenster, Fenstertür nach den Ansprüchen 3, 4 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es bzw. sie eine in der Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) liegende Ausbildung aufweist, die durch eine angemessene Form des hohlen Querschnitts der Dichtung (450) mittels einer Rippe (480) und/oder einer Schulter (481) gebildet wird, um zu gestatten, dass ein durchgehender Filter (433) unter den Öffnungen (422) gleitet und in Position gehalten wird.
  11. Fenster, Fenstertür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (450) im unteren Querträger zum Halten der Außenglasscheibe (402) an ihrer vertikalen Außenfläche eine über die Länge der Profildichtung (450) durchgehende Dichtlippe (460) aufweist, die mit der Zarge (405) in Kontakt treten soll, wenn der Flügel (416) geschlossen wird.
