Definitions
- the present invention relates to a prefabricated swimming pool, which is made of metal, in particular stainless steel, plastic, plastic with ceramic insert or precast concrete parts and via a water circulation either permanently or at regular intervals parts of the pool water from the swimming pool, passes through a dirt filter and returns to the basin, whereby a flow in the pool water is achieved by the circulation of the pool water, wherein the pool floor is at least partially curved along one of its axes.
- swimming pools made of stainless steel or plastic which are factory prefabricated and mounted at the place of their installation by means of lifting crane, have long been known. They have the same as the built of molded blocks swimming pools, which are lined inside with a waterproof film, the disadvantage that the circumferential flow of water in the bottom corners and bottom edges due to the shear forces between the pool water and the side walls or the pelvic floor, in these Areas is particularly slowed down. This favors the formation of deposits in these areas and leads there to a preferred accumulation of solid contaminants, which are removable only by additional cleaning.
- Such swimming pools are for example in the US Pat. No. 3,660,957 , of the US 5,787,519 A of the US 4,306,394 A or the DE 11 80 114 B disclosed.
- the present invention has the object of designing the swimming pool in such a way that, at least in the region of an axis of the basin, preferably along its longitudinal axis, no increased shearing forces occur.
- the present invention solves this problem in that the pelvic floor is barrel-shaped and that a section through the pelvic floor shows the outline of a quarter or semicircle or a quarter or half ellipse, and the pelvic floor (1) below its curved surface over this area distributed has a plurality of spaced apart support ribs (6, 7).
- the advantage of the invention can also be achieved in a pelvic floor, the radial section has the outline of a quarter circle or a quarter ellipse.
- this embodiment is again associated with the known disadvantages along a bottom edge, but has the advantage of having a larger area with a corresponding depth for unhindered swimming. This embodiment variant is preferably used when the free plot area is rather low.
- the curved surface covers at least 25%, preferably 50%, and most preferably 100% of the total bottom surface.
- the change in the visual appearance is deliberately accepted.
- the curvature is designed in such a wide range that it is optically clear.
- An optimal embodiment is a pelvic floor, whose cross section has the shape of a semi-ellipse and has a continuous curvature along its transverse axis.
- the two longitudinal edges are dissolved and in the middle there is a wide area with sufficient swimming depth, i. the pelvic depth allows unhindered breaststroke, without fear of disturbing contact of the feet when swimming with the pelvic floor.
- FIG. 1 a pool view from below with a continuous curved pelvic floor and vertical side walls, which are also designed as supporting frames.
- Fig. 2 the same pelvic view is to be seen with additional support frames distributed over the pelvic floor.
- Fig. 3 shows an oblique view from the top of the pelvis Fig. 2 , wherein at an edge of the pool an overflow channel is formed.
- overflow channels may also be present on several pool edges.
- FIG. 4 Another variant is shown with a so-called Roman steps on a narrow side.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show two possible tank cross sections.
- a pelvic floor completely curved along one axis Fig. 5
- FIG. 5 has the cross section of a semi-ellipse.
- a further variant has the cross section of a quarter ellipse with adjacent flat area as in Fig. 6 shown on.
- half or quarter circles are also conceivable.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 1 has a pelvic floor 1 with a semi-elliptical cross-section that is continuously curved along the transverse axis.
- the pelvic floor 1 is composed of several segments 1 '.
- the two narrow sides are formed by vertical side walls 2 and 3, which have molded supporting ribs 4 and 5, with which the basin is supported against the ground.
- Fig. 2 are in addition to the pelvic floor 1 uniformly further support ribs 6, 7 arranged distributed, whereby the dimensional stability of the pelvis during backfill is increased.
- the basin according to the invention can be equipped with all known ancillary equipment, such as skimmer 8 or overflow 9, as from Fig. 3 evident. But there are also molded caissons for roll covers, integrated underwater lights, underwater massage jets and much more conceivable.

Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated swimming pool, which is made of metal, in particular stainless steel, plastic, plastic with ceramic insert or precast concrete parts and via a water circulation either permanently or at regular intervals parts of the pool water from the swimming pool, passes through a dirt filter and returns to the basin, whereby a flow in the pool water is achieved by the circulation of the pool water, wherein the pool floor is at least partially curved along one of its axes.
In order to remedy this, at least for the most part, the present invention has the object of designing the swimming pool in such a way that, at least in the region of an axis of the basin, preferably along its longitudinal axis, no increased shearing forces occur.
So far, attempts have been made to achieve this by rounding off the bottom edges, but only with insufficient success. Despite the rounding of the bottom edges and bottom corners, accumulations of solid contaminants continue to occur in these areas, or algae is more easily formed in these areas than at the other boundary surfaces of the basin. The reason is that the known edge roundings are far too small in extent to be able to influence the shear forces. The conventional edge roundings usually have a leg length of 10 centimeters. This brief assessment of the edge rounding is deliberately accepted in known swimming pools in order not to affect the visual impression of a flat pelvic floor.
The present invention solves this problem in that the pelvic floor is barrel-shaped and that a section through the pelvic floor shows the outline of a quarter or semicircle or a quarter or half ellipse, and the pelvic floor (1) below its curved surface over this area distributed has a plurality of spaced apart support ribs (6, 7). Of course, the advantage of the invention can also be achieved in a pelvic floor, the radial section has the outline of a quarter circle or a quarter ellipse. However, this embodiment is again associated with the known disadvantages along a bottom edge, but has the advantage of having a larger area with a corresponding depth for unhindered swimming. This embodiment variant is preferably used when the free plot area is rather low.
Preferably, the curved surface covers at least 25%, preferably 50%, and most preferably 100% of the total bottom surface. The change in the visual appearance is deliberately accepted. The curvature is designed in such a wide range that it is optically clear.
An optimal embodiment is a pelvic floor, whose cross section has the shape of a semi-ellipse and has a continuous curvature along its transverse axis. Here, the two longitudinal edges are dissolved and in the middle there is a wide area with sufficient swimming depth, i. the pelvic depth allows unhindered breaststroke, without fear of disturbing contact of the feet when swimming with the pelvic floor.
