Claims (9)

  1. Tube d'écartement (1) pour le guidage de barres de tension (12) lors de la réalisation de coffrages de grande surface pour des ouvrages en béton, comprenant un tube de guidage (3) essentiellement cylindrique avec des pièces d'extrémité (5) disposées à ses deux extrémités,
    caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'extrémité (5) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant avec le tube de guidage (3) et en ce que les raccordements entre les pièces d'extrémité (5) et les extrémités du tube de guidage (3) sont réalisés en tant que zones prévues pour la rupture (13) qui, lors du coffrage, du décoffrage ou après le décoffrage de l'ouvrage, peuvent être séparées des extrémités du tube de guidage (3) par rupture.
  2. Tube d'écartement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones prévues pour la rupture (13) peuvent être rompues par traction au niveau de la pièce d'extrémité (5) ou pression sur la pièce d'extrémité (5) et/ou par traction sur la pièce d'extrémité (5) et/ou par rotation de la pièce d'extrémité (5).
  3. Tube d'écartement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque zone prévue pour la rupture (13) comprend une peau de matériau (19) ou un emplacement mince (17, 25) raccordant de façon totalement ou partiellement périphérique la pièce d'extrémité (5) au tube de guidage (3).
  4. Tube d'écartement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la peau de matériau (19) ou l'emplacement mince (17, 25) est placé(e) entre deux arêtes de liaison (20) périphériques parallèles ou entre deux arêtes de liaison périphériques présentant une forme de dent.
  5. Tube d'écartement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la peau (19) est formée d'au moins un creux (15) périphérique ne traversant que partiellement la paroi du tube de guidage (3) et/ou de la pièce d'extrémité (5).
  6. Tube d'écartement selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, sur la pièce d'extrémité (5), il est formé un tronçon (23) tubulaire dont le diamètre extérieur (d0) est plus petit que le diamètre intérieur (d1) du tube de guidage (3), ou en ce que le diamètre intérieur (d3) du tronçon (23) est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur (d4) du tube de guidage (3), et en ce que le tronçon (23) est raccordé par un emplacement mince (25) ou une peau (19) périphérique située dans le plan des faces frontales du tronçon (23) sur la pièce d'extrémité (5) et du tube de guidage (3).
  7. Tube d'écartement selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé respectivement au moins une languette (33) sur les côtés frontaux des pièces d'extrémité (5), la languette (33) au moins au nombre de un étant, d'un côté ou dans deux emplacements diamétralement opposés, raccordée au côté frontal des pièces d'extrémité (5), et/ou en ce que des moyens destinés à être saisis avec un tournevis ou un ongle de doigts sont réalisés sur les languettes (33) et/ou sur le côté intérieur des pièces d'extrémité (5).
  8. Tube d'écartement selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, sur les faces frontales des pièces d'extrémité (5), il est formé des pointes (41) en forme d'aiguille qui pénètrent dans les panneaux de coffrage et qui, lors du décoffrage, facilitent la séparation entre les pièces d'extrémité (5) et le tube de guidage (3), et/ou en ce que des moyens de retenue (16, 18) pour un outil d'extraction sont injectés ou formés sur les pièces d'extrémité (5).
  9. Tube d'écartement selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage (3) est divisé en deux tronçons (3' ; 3"), chaque tronçon (3', 3") comprenant une pièce d'extrémité (5) et un moyen de raccordement (41, 43), ce moyen de raccordement (41, 43) raccordant l'un à l'autre les deux tronçons (3', 3") de façon résistante à la pression dans la direction axiale.
