Jedes dieser Elemente hat einen erheblichen Raumbedarf, so daß dann, wenn große Walzspalte realisierbar sind, ein kleiner Walzspalt nicht mehr einstellbar ist. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Walzvorrichtung mit zumindest einer axialen Verschiebeeinrichtung zu schaffen, wobei die Walzvorrichtung, z.B. zum Walzen dicker Blöcke, bzw. Claims

Patentansprüche claims
1. Walzvorrichtung (1) mit zumindest zwei an einem gemeinsamen Gerüst angeordneten, an seitlichen Holmen (9) von Ständern eines Gerüstes (8) in vertikal verlagerbaren Lagern (26) gehaltenen Walzen (2;3) und mit zumindest einer Axialverschiebeeinrichtung (11) für einer der Walzen (2;3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialverschiebeeinrichtung (11) den vertikal verlagerbaren Lagerungen (26) zugeordnet und mit diesen vertikal verschieblich ist.1.
