Gemäß Fig. 1 sind die Arbeitswalzen 1, 2 in dem nicht näher dargestellten Gerüstständer 3 des Walzgerüstes in Einbaustücken 4, 5 gelagert; die obere Arbeitswalze 1 in dem oberen Walzeneinbaustück 4 und die untere Arbeitswalze 2 in dem unteren Walzeneinbaustück 5. Jedes Walzeneinbaustück ist auf seinen beiden Seiten horizontal gleitend auf dem Absatz 9 eines Hubgehäuses 6, 7 geführt. Die vertikalen Kontaktflächen des Hubgehäuses zum Führungsblock 11 und zum Walzeneinbaustück 4,5 sind mit den Gleitflächen 14, 15 versehen (Fig. 2). Die Biege- und Ausbalancierzylinder 16, 17 sind im Hubgehäuse 6, 7 derart angeordnet, daß der Zylinderkolben 18 in einer entsprechenden Bohrung 19 im Hubgehäuse geführt ist und daß der Kolbenschaft 20 auf einem in das Ständerfenster 28 auskragenden Steg 21 des Führungsblocks 11 abgestützt ist.The lifting housing 6, 7 is guided in a vertically sliding manner on a common guide block 11. Fig. 2 zeigt in einem Teilschnitt den nicht näher dargestellten Gerüstständer 3, mit dem der Führungsblock 11 fest verbunden ist. Deutlich erkennbar ist der mittige Vorsprung 12 des Führungsblocks, der in die entsprechende Ausnehmung 13 des oberen Hubgehäuses 6 eingreift. In dem Hubgehäuse sind die gestrichelt dargestellten Bohrungen 19 zur Aufnahme der Zylinderkolben 18 der Biegezylinder 16 zu sehen. Die senkrechten Kontaktflächen des Hubgehäuses zum Führungsblock 11 und zum Walzeneinbaustück 4 enthalten die Gleitflächen 14, 15. Mit dem Hubgehäuse 6 ist eine Vorrichtung 24 zum axialen Verschieben der Arbeitswalze 1 verbunden, die mit Hilfe eines Mitnehmerelementes 25 mit dem Walzeneinbaustück 4 in Verbindung steht. Das Mitnehmerelement besteht bspw. aus zwei Ritzeln 26, die einerseits am Schubgehäuse 27 der Verschiebevorrichtung gelagert sind und andererseits mit einer nicht näher dargestellten Zahnstange kämmen, die an dem Walzeneinbaustück 4 angeordnet ist.Fig. 2 shows a partial section of the scaffold stand 3, not shown, with which the guide block 11 is firmly connected. Zur Arbeitswalzenbiegung und zur Ausbalancierung der Walzen werden die in den Hubgehäusen 6, 7 angeordneten Biegezylinder 16, 17 an der Kolbenaußenseite mit einem hydraulischen Medium druckbeaufschlagt, wobei sich jeder Biegezylinder auf der oberen Stegfläche 22 bzw. der unteren Stegfläche 23 des ständerfesten Führungsblocks 11 abstützt. Die erzeugten Druckkräfte werden von dem Biegezylinder auf das Hubgehäuse übertragen und von dort in die Walzeneinbaustücke 4, 5 geleitet. Durch die Maßnahme, daß jedes Hubgehäuse eigene Biegezylinder aufweist, die sich jeweils getrennt an dem Führungsblock 11 abstützen ist es möglich, auf jedes Hubgehäuse und damit in jede Seite des Walzeneinbaustücks exakt vorgegebene Biegekräfte einzuleiten bzw. für eine ausgewogene Ausbalancierung der Walzeneinbaustücke zu sorgen, so daß vorgegebene Biegekräfte die gewünschte Vorspannung der Arbeitswalzen gewährleisten und andererseits beeinträchtigende Momente auf die Walzenlager vermieden werden.For work roll bending and for balancing the rolls, the bending cylinders 16, 17 arranged in the lifting housings 6, 7 are pressurized on the outside of the piston with a hydraulic medium, each bending cylinder being supported on the upper web surface 22 and the lower web surface 23 of the guide block 11 fixed to the stand. Claims (4)

  1. Bending and balancing device for axially displaceable rolls (1,  2) of a roll stand, in particular for the work rolls of a four-high roll stand, wherein a guide block (11) is arranged, fast with the housing, at both sides in the window of each roll stand housing (3) and the roll chocks (4, 5) are supported at both sides to be horizontally slidable on an upper or lower lifting housing (6, 7) vertically guided at the guide block (11) and the roll bending forces are transmitted by bending cylinders (16, 17) to the roll chocks (4,  5), characterised thereby that at least one bending cylinder (16, 17), which is preferably hydraulically acting and which is supported at the guide block (11) fast with the housing, engages at each upper and lower lifting housing (6, 7), wherein the guide block (11) has in its middle region a web (21), which projects into the housing window (28) of the roll stand housing (3) and on the upper and lower web surface (22, 23) of which the bending cylinder (16, 17) is supported, and wherein the lifting housing (6, 7) has, for the support of the roll chock (4, 5), an upper ledge (9) in which the slide member (10) for the horizontal bearing seat (8) of the roll chock (4, 5) is so let in that the centre of the bending cylinder (16, 17) and the centre of the bearing seat (8) lie in one vertical plane.
  2. Bending and balancing device according to claim 1, characterised thereby that the bending cylinder (16, 17) is arranged at least partly in the lifting housing (6, 7), wherein the cylinder piston (18) is guided in a corresponding bore (19) in the lifting housing (6, 7) and the piston rod (20) is connected with the web (21) of the guide block (11).
  3. Bending and balancing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised thereby that the guide block (11) comprises a central projection (12), which is matched to the vertical extent of the lifting housing (6, 7) and which engages in a correspondingly constructed recess (13) in the central lifting housing, and that at least partial slide seats (14, 15) are arranged at the vertical contact surfaces of the lifting housing (6, 7) relative to the guide block (11) and relative to the roll chock (4, 5).
  4. Bending and balancing device according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterised thereby that a device (24) for the axial displacing of the rolls (1, 2), in particular of the work rolls, is connected with the lifting housing (6, 7) and with the aid of at least one entraining element (25), stands in connection with the roll chock (4, 5).
