Claims (15)
- Verschlusselement (1) für eine Verpackung zur Aufnahme von flüssigem oder pastösem Gut, insbesondere für Folienbeutel mit:einem verschließbaren Ausgießteil (5),einem Einschweißteil (2), das sich an das verschließbare Ausgießteil (5) anschließt undeinem Auslaufkanal (4a, b), der sich durch das Einschweißteil (2) und das Ausgießteil (5) erstreckt,
der Auslaufkanal (4a) im Einschweißteil (2) zumindest teilweise trichterförmig zum Ausgießteil (5) hin zuläuft. - Verschlusselement (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Auslaufkanal (4a) im Einschweißteil (2) unter einem Winkel (γ) von 20 bis 85° zur Längsachse (L) des Verschlusselements trichterförmig zuläuft. - Verschlusselement (1) nach Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Längserstreckung (k) des Einschweißteils (2) größer ist als die Erstreckung in Richtung der Breite (q), wobei die Länge (k) des Auslaufkanals (4a) im Einschweißteil (2) in Richtung Ausgießteil (5) kontinuierlich abnimmt. - Verschlusselement (1) nach Anspruch 3,

der Auslaufkanal (4a) an dem dem Ausgießteil abgewandten Ende (10) des Einschweißteils sich zunächst im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (I) des Verschlusselements erstreckt und sich erst dann zum Ausgießteil (5) hin verjüngt. - Verschlusselement (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Auslaufkanal (4) im Ausgießteil (5) hohlzylindrisch ist oder sich konisch in Auslaufrichtung verjüngt. - Verschlusselement (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Ausgießteil (5) über einen Bajonettverschluss (6a, b) mit einer Kappe (3) verschließbar ist. - Verschlusselement nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

das Ausgießteil (5) an seinem dem Einschweißteil abgewandten Ende eine glatte Oberfläche (7) als Mundstück aufweist. - Verschlusselement nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich die glatte Oberfläche (7) oberhalb des Bajonettverschlusses (6a, b) befindet. - Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schweißnähte (24) auf die dem Beutelinneren zugewandte äußere Unterkante (19) der Spitze (2a) der Seitenfläche des Einschweißteils (2) treffen.
