- Bohrkopf zur Ausbildung eines Stütz- oder Verfestigungsbereiches im Boden mit zumindest einem Bohrwerkzeug (1) und zumindest einem Element (2, 3, 4) zum Einbringen von Bodenverfestigungssubstanz in den Boden, wobei der Bohrkopf (10) eine Vorrichtung zum Vermischen (6, 7, 8) der eingebrachten Bodenverfestigungssubstanz mit dem vom Bohrwerkzeug (1) während des Bohrvorganges abgetragenen und/oder gelösten Bodenmaterials aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Bohrkopf (10) eine Vorrichtung zur Förderung (17) des abgetragenen und/oder gelösten Bodenmaterials und der eingebrachten Bodenverfestigungssubstanz in axialer Richtung des Bohrkopfes zur Vorrichtung zum Vermischen (6, 7, 8) vorgesehen ist.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zur Förderung durch zumindest eine entlang eines Umfangteilstückes des Bohrkopfes (10) verlaufende Teilschnecke (17) gebildet ist, die zwischem dem Bohrwerkzeug (1) und der Vorrichtung zum Vermischen (6, 7, 8) angeordnet ist.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Teilschnecke (17) zumindest eine Durchbrechung (12) aufweist, und daß die Länge des Umfangteilstücks, entlang dessen sich die Teilschnecke (17) erstreckt, nicht größer als eine Hälfte des Bohrkopfumfangs beträgt.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Vermischen der Bodenverfestigungssubstanz mit dem abgetragenen Bodenmaterial durch zumindest einen Bodenmischfortsatz (6, 7, 8) gebildet ist.
- Bohrkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bohrkopf (10) einen hohlzylindrischen Grundkörper (19) aufweist, dessen Mittelachse eine Rotationsachse bildet, daß das Bohrwerkzeug (1) an einem Ende des Grundkörpers angeordnet und um die Rotationsachse rotierbar ist, und daß der zumindest eine Bodenmischfortsatz (6, 7, 8) mit dem hohlzylindrischen Grundkörper (19) verbunden ist und von diesem radial nach außen auskragt.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Bodenmischfortsätze (6, 7, 8) an gegenüberliegenden Umfangspunkten des Grundkörpers (19) in entgegengesetzte Richtung radial nach außen auskragen.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils zwei Bodenmischfortsätze (6, 7, 8) in Längsrichtung des Grundkörpers (19) beabstandet sind.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungslinien der jeweils zwei Bodenmischfortsätze (6, 7, 8) entlang des Grundkörperumfanges um einen Winkel, vorzugsweise um 90°, zueinander versetzt sind.
- Bohrkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiters Bodenbrech- und -schneidvorrichtungen (5, 15) vorgesehen sind.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenbrech- und-schneidvorrichtungen durch mehrere um den Umfang verteilte Schneiden (5) gebildet sind.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneiden (5) an einem konusförmigen Endbereich des Grundkörpers (19) angeordnet sind, der an das Bohrwerkzeug (1) angrenzt.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 2 und 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Teilschnecke (17) an ihrem einen, dem Bohrwerkzeug (1) zugekehrten Ende zumindest zwei parallel angeordnete, schräg zur Mittelachse des Grundkörpers (19) angestellte Meißel-Elemente (15) aufweist.
- Bohrkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zumindest eine Element zum Einbringen von Bodenverfestigungssubstanz durch eine in der Mantelfläche des Grundkörpers (19) vorgesehene, im Öffnungsquerschnitt veränderbare Injektions-Düse zum Ausstoß von Zement-Suspension (2, 3, 4) gebildet ist, und daß der Innenraum des Grundkörpers (19) über eine Hochdruckpumpe mit einem Suspensions-Reservoir verbunden ist.
- Bohrkopf nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Injektions-Düsen (2, 3, 4) mit veränderbarem Öffnungsquerschnitt vorgesehen sind, die im Bereich der Bodenbrech- und Schneidvorrichtungen (5, 15) am Grundkörper (19) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Ausbildung von Stütz- oder Verfestigungsbereichen im Boden, wobei der Boden aufgebrochen und danach in die aufgebrochene Bodenöffnung Bodenverfestigungssubstanz eingebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Verlauf des Bodenaufbrechvorganges gebildete Bodenmaterial in der aufgebrochenen Bodenöffnung mit Bodenverfestigungssubstanz in axialer Richtung der Bohrung gefördert und vermischt, und das sich bildende Gemisch aushärten gelassen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Bodenverfestigungssubstanz eine Zementsuspension in die aufgebrochene Bodenöffnung eingebracht wird.
- Trägerverbau, insbesondere zur Baugrubensicherung, mit einer Vielzahl von im Boden eingelassenen, beabstandeten Trägern (40, 41), von denen jeweils benachbarte Träger (40, 41) über eine Ausfachung miteinander verbunden sind, welche Ausfachung den auf den Trägerverbau wirkenden, seitlichen Bodendruck an die Träger (40, 41) weiterleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (40, 41) in ersten, vorzugsweise säulenförmigen, Bodenbefestigungskörpern (30, 31) aufgenommen sind, und daß die Ausfachung durch jeweils zwei oder mehrere zweite, unbewehrte, vorzugsweise säulenförmige, Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) gebildet ist, die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarte erste Bodenbefestigungskörper (30, 31) gesetzt sind, in welchen die Träger (40, 41) aufgenommen sind, wobei die Querschnitte der ersten Bodenbefestigungskörper (30, 31) und der an diese unmittelbar angrenzenden zweiten Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) sowie die Querschnitte zueinander benachbarter, zweiter Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) jeweils teilweise überschneidend ausgebildet sind, und daß die Querschnittsmittelpunkte (38) der zweiten Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) gegenüber der Verbindungslinie (36) zwischen den Querschnittsmittelpunkten der ersten Bodenbefestigungskörper (30, 31) so versetzt angeordnet sind, daß die jeweils zwischen zwei ersten Bodenbefestigungskörpern (30, 31) gesetzten zweiten Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) ein horizontales Gewölbe ausbilden, um den seitlichen Bodendruck aufnehmen zu können.
- Trägerverbau nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger jeweils durch in einen nach dem Verfahren gemäß Ansprüche 15 oder 16 hergestellten Bodenbefestigungskörper (31) eingebohrte Ortbetonpfähle (41) gebildet sind.
- Trägerverbau nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger jeweils durch in einen nach dem Verfahren gemäß Ansprüche 15 oder 16 hergestellten Bodenbefestigungskörper (30) eingerammte Stahlprofile (40) gebildet sind.
- Trägerverbau nach Anspruch 17, 18 oder 19, wobei die ersten und zweiten Bodenbefestigungskörper (30, 31, 35) jeweils durch einen nach dem Verfahren gemäß Ansprüche 15 oder 16 hergestellten Bodenbefestigungskörper gebildet sind.
- Trägerverbau nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Querschnittsmittelpunkte der unbewehrten zweiten Bodenbefestigungskörper (35) gedachte Linie bogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Ausbildung eines Trägerverbaus, insbesondere für eine Baugrubensicherung, wobei Träger (40, 41) in den Boden gesetzt und zwischen diesen eine Ausfachung gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang dem Verlauf des auszubildenden Trägerverbaus, vorzugsweise säulenförmige, Befestigungskörper (30, 31, 35) längsseitig aneinander stoßend in den Boden gesetzt werden, wobei die Querschnitte jeweils benachbarter Befestigungskörper einander überschneidend ausgebildet werden, und daß die Träger (40, 41) in einer vorbestimmbaren Teilung voneinander beabstandet in die Befestigungskörper (30, 31) eingebracht werden, wobei die Teilung jeweils einem Vielfachen des Abstandes der Querschnittsmittelpunkte der Befestigungskörper (30, 31, 35) entspricht, und wobei jene Befestigungskörper (35), die zwischen jeweils zwei Befestigungskörpern (30, 31) angeordnet werden, in welche die Träger (40, 41) eingebracht werden, in einem bogenförmigen Verlauf gesetzt werden, sodaß sie ein horizontales Gewölbe ausbilden, um den seitlichen Bodendruck aufnehmen zu können.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungskörper (30, 31, 35) im noch nicht ausgehärteten Zustand aneinandergesetzt werden, sodaß sich einander überschneidende Querschnitte jeweils benachbarter Befestigungskörper (30, 31, 35) ausbilden.
