Definitions
- the invention relates to a massage device with moving massage cams.
- Such massage devices are known, for example, as handheld devices.
- the cams are arranged on a disc, which in Vibrations or slight vibrations can be offset. These vibrations or vibrations are applied to the body part to be massaged via the cams transferred and have a certain massage effect.
- the invention has the advantage that the phase-shifted drive Swing the massage cams towards and away from each other are.
- the tissue processed with the massager is not only loosened by vibrations but the massage effect is also by Squeeze and stretch the one located between the massage cams Tissue reached. This has a significantly greater depth effect in terms of to the desired relaxation of tissue or tension in muscles.
- the rockers it has proven to be advantageous for the rockers to be essentially
- the massage cams then at the ends the legs of the U-shaped wings are arranged. This can be a continuous kneading of tissue with a correspondingly deep loosening effect can be achieved.
- a guide for the rockers is provided parallel to the eccentric shaft, which contributes to the stability of the device.
- This guidance serves in particular but to lead the wings.
- the stability can also, for example can be achieved by a separate element. However, these two are preferred Realize functions with one element.
- the guidance is also not necessary parallel to the eccentric shaft. With a curved course could different "deflections" of the guided swing arms can be achieved.
- the rockers preferably rest on the eccentric. This can be achieved that the wings don't just produce a back and forth motion but also a progression or hiking of the massager over the tissue to be massaged is reached.
- a massage device designed in this way is to be put on his back by a user.
- the device By means of the Shoulder strap, the device is standing on the bracket by the user his shoulders hung and then when the user is on his stomach the massager is in the correct position over his back to the carry out the desired massage and work your way along the back.
- the massage cams can be arranged on a curved surface. This can also be achieved, for example, that the leadership and / or the Eccentric shaft are flexible in themselves to adapt the massage device accordingly to one or different bodies.
- the Flexibility of the eccentric shaft is z. B. by gimbals or universal joints to reach.
- FIG. 1 two rockers 1, 2 arranged side by side can be seen Massager.
- Each of these wings for example made of wood, plastic or can also consist of metal, has two massage cams 3 to 6, whereby they each have a U-shaped basic shape.
- the massage cams 3 to 6 are each at the ends of the legs of the U-shaped Body arranged.
- the cams can either be in one piece on the U-shaped Swing arm can be molded or are separate elements, for example formed from (hard) rubber or wood etc. and then to the swingarm stated.
- the wings sit with their middle area, which corresponds to the base of the U, on an eccentric shaft 7.
- the Eccentric 8, 9 of the eccentric shaft in the example shown here by 180 ° to each other mounted on the eccentric shaft 7 so that the rockers 1 and 2 are driven out of phase with each other when the eccentric shaft 7 rotates.
- An offset of 180 ° as described here can be regarded as optimal. The desired effects can also be achieved with other offset angles to reach.
- a rod-shaped runs parallel to the eccentric shaft 7 Guide 10 by the wings 1, 2 with a fork-shaped Recording 11 is encompassed.
- a curved not shown here A different deflection of the wings is achieved in the course of the guidance, resulting in massage effects that vary over the width of the massager can lead.
- the pair previously described with reference to FIG. 1 is side by side arranged wings shown in the view from the side, wherein from the working direction or direction of movement of the device as after going out in front.
- Figure 3 is the sequence of movements of the couple shown in Figure 2 of swing arms with massage cams can be recognized by a revolution of the eccentric shaft of 360 °.
- the front eccentric 9 is in its maximum lower position, which means that the adjacent eccentric 8 offset by 180 ° in its maximum upper position. This also means that on this Eccentric swing arms 2 and 1 in their most lowered or are the most elevated position.
- the eccentric shaft 7 rotates accordingly between FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B arrow 12 through 90 ° clockwise. Because the above the eccentric shaft 7 seated guide 10 does not change its position, is thereby the front swing arm 2, the guide 10 with her in the here shown Example encompasses fork-shaped receptacle 11, in the image shown pivoted to the left, the massage cam 6 being raised while the massage cam 4 is lowered and at the same time is moved to the left. Since by rotating the eccentric shaft 7, the eccentric 8 at the same time which the other rocker 1 sits, is rotated by 90 °, the one shown here Drawing rear swing arm 1 is simultaneously pivoted to the right. Since this rocker 1 with its receptacle 11 in its position fixed guide 10 engages, the rocker 1 of the massage cams 3 raised, while the massage cam 5 lowered and moved to the right becomes.
- FIG. 4 shows a corresponding massage device with a large number of side by side arranged wings shown.
- the leadership 10 has at its ends and in the middle of bearing elements 13, which extend down from the guide 10 in the example shown here.
- the eccentric shaft 7 At the The lower end of these bearing elements 13 is the eccentric shaft 7, which is hidden here stored and is driven by one or two electric motors, which are here shown example in handles 14, which are in axial extension the eccentric shaft 7 are.
- a manual can also be carried out via these handles 14 Perform the massager.
- both the motors and the handles are provided in any other place be that which are readily apparent to a person skilled in the art.
- the guide 10 goes without saying can also be formed by a U-shaped rail into which the wings would then intervene with appropriate fingers.
- Also in the example shown here can be designed as a fork-shaped receptacle 11 are formed by an elongated hole.
- the Swing e.g. can also be formed only as elongated fingers, the ends provided with the massage cams the movement described above towards each other and away from each other.
- the massage device shown in FIG. 4 can, as can be seen in FIG. 5 is also to be provided with a bracket 15.
- this bracket 15 is the device shown in Figure 4 via a bracket 16 with a Sliding shoe 17 coupled, on two parallel sliding rods 18 of the bracket 15 is seated.
- two parallel slide bars there is, for example, an elliptical or some other form Rod shape in the context of this invention.
- the massager works with those that occur during massaging Steps along the slide rods 18 and can, for example, over the back of a person to be massaged.
- a shoulder bracket 19 is mounted on the upper end of the bracket 15. With This is the device in its rest position on the shoulders of the massaged Person hung up and when this is then on his stomach , the massager is precisely aligned when the slide rods essentially parallel to the backbone of the person to be massaged run.
- the slide rods 18 have stops at their ends are to be provided, which act on a switch in the slide shoe 17. If the slide shoe 17 hits a stop with this switch then the massager is driven in the opposite direction, thereby massaging the back several times in succession in different Directions is possible.
- the massage cams are essentially on a flat plane. But it is also possible to use the eccentric shaft and the guide to be flexible, which means that the massage cams on a curved Come to rest and thus lie on the back of a person to be treated Can customize person.
- the eccentric shaft would be over, for example to design a large number of universal joints accordingly flexibly.
