Claims (9)
- Flexodruckmaschine (101),
welche mit zumindest einem Farbwerk (100) ausgestattet ist,
bei welchem (100) die Einstellung der Druckposition des Formatzylinders (104) und der Rasterwalze (105) durch die Anstellung des Formatzylinders (104) an die Gegendruckwalze (103) und der Rasterwalze (105) an den Formatzylinder (104) mit einer Anstellvorrichtung (2, 115, 116, 108, 112, 107, 111) vornehmbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellung der Druckposition des Formatzylinders (104) und/oder der Rasterwalze (105) durch manuelle Betätigung dieser Anstellvorrichtung (2, 115, 116, 108, 112, 107, 111) erfolgt und
wobei das Abfahren des Formatzylinders (104) und/oder der Rasterwalze (105) aus der zuvor manuell eingestellten Position und das Wiederanstellen dieser Walzen (104, 105) in dieselbe Position mit zumindest einem Antrieb (124) vornehmbar ist. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der zumindest eine Antrieb (124) zumindest beim Wiederanstellen gegen zumindest einen Anschlag arbeitet, der die Wiederanstellbewegung beendet, wenn die manuell eingestellte Position des Formatzylinders (104) und der Rasterwalze (105) zur Gegendruckwalze (103) erreicht ist. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Antrieb (124) durch eine Kupplung (125) von den manuellen Betätigungsmitteln (117,120,121) trennbar ist. - Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es sich bei dem Antrieb (124) um einen pneumatischen Antrieb (124) handelt. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die manuelle Einstellung der Position der Rasterwalze (105) und des Fomatzylinders (104) gemeinsam vornehmbar ist. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellung der Position der Rasterwalze (105) und des Fomatzylinders (104) individuell vornehmbar ist. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Abfahren des Formatzylinders (104) und/oder der Rasterwalze (105) aus der zuvor manuell eingestellten Position und das Wiederanstellen dieser Walzen (104, 105) in dieselbe Position mit Hilfe eines Antriebs (124) gemeinsam vornehmbar ist. - Flexodruckmaschine (101) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein zentrales Schraubenrad vorgesehen ist, welches sowohl mit dem Antrieb (124) als auch mit manuellen Betätigungsmitteln (117) in Wirkverbindung steht und die zur gemeinsamen Einstellung der Walzenposition notwendige Kraft beziehungsweise das notwendige Drehmoment weiterleitet. - Verfahren zur Einstellung der Druckposition des Formatzylinders (104) und der Rasterwalze (105) eines Farbwerks (100) einer Flexodruckmaschine (101) durch die Anstellung des Formatzylinders (104) an die Gegendruckwalze (103) und der Rasterwalze (105) an den Formatzylinder (104) mit einer Anstellvorrichtung (2, 115, 116, 108, 112, 107, 111),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellung der Druckposition des Formatzylinders (104) und/oder der Rasterwalze (105) durch manuelle Betätigung dieser Anstellvorrichtung (2, 115, 116, 108, 112, 107, 111) vorgenommen wird und
das Abfahren des Formatzylinders (104) und/oder der Rasterwalze (105) aus der zuvor manuell eingestellten Position und das Wiederanstellen dieser Walzen (104, 105) in dieselbe Position mit zumindest einem Antrieb (124) erfolgt.
